Application is straight forward. Fairly easy to set up. Had a minor problem but customer support fixed things up. Quick, friendly response is what I need and what I got. I think I will extend my trial.

I wanted a way to create customer newsletters to send new products and promotions periodically. I found this campaign app and it has worked really well for me. The campaign wizard is very intuitive and allows for complete flexibility and is customizable. Also, previous campaigns are saved, so you can duplicate a template from a previously successful newsletter. The app also provides metrics, to allow the business owner to watch how the campaign is doing. Thank you so much Omnisend!

This app is easy to use and works perfectly. Customer support issues are resolved quickly via chat feature. I am extremely happy with Omnisend.

The team at Red Rabbit Coffee are really pleased with how well-integrated Omnisend is, and we use the 'in Cart' reminder option that works really well and so does the subscribe to our newsletter. The actual newsletter builder is incredible, super flexible and easy to use :)

Only just started using this app and so far so great! It was super easy to use; I've imported contacts, segmented my list, created my first campaign and scheduled it to send. Super easy to use... recommended!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Do not Download this app. Just use shopify email system.
Sorry to hear you had trouble with your first campaign. There were some old contact emails on your list that no longer exist, so we had to pause the sending to protect your sender reputation. Approx. 30% of emails go bad in just one year, so regular list cleaning is a must to maintain a good sender reputation among the different inbox providers, Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook. We can now see that you unsubscribed some old contacts, so we resumed the sending for you. We apologize that your experience with customer service was upsetting. We truly hope you can give us another chance. Just get back to Xenia, and she will explain to you how you can benefit from the variety of great Omnisend features, such as omnichannel automation messages, SMS campaigns, segmentation, and more that you still did not get a chance to try out.

We selected Omnisend because of its native integration with Shopify. You can drill down to see what all our customers are doing on our site and target them based on their purchasing behaviour. Almost went with Klayvio for the back in stock alerts feature, but Omnisend has the better price and ease of use. Nice addons like gift box and scratch card. Their support is excellent as well, quick and reliable.

I switched to Omnisend after trying (and failing with) Mailchimp. Omnisend has been brilliant. Very intuitive program. Easy to navigate. It has saved me so much time. The trial version works great. Usually trial versions are stripped back in terms of features - but not with Omnisend. I found customer support to be great. They respond within 5 mins. They keep in contact, making sure you're happy with response. I am so happy I switched to this program.

WONDERFUL! I wouldn't use any other app for my marketing and emails. I am very glad that someone recommended this app to me, it's truly changed my business in so many ways.

I'm very impressed with omnisend so far. Most of it is really intuitive but when I had a question I reached out to customer support expecting a reply in a few hours. Oskar replied within minutes, and it wasn't the typical 'Hello, we received your message and one of our representatives will get back to you shortly". Nope - it was Oskar asking me to clarify my problem further so can help. This was around 11:00 pm EST. In the morning, I had more questions and he responded again within minutes! He answered all my questions, and helped me get a much better handle of the software. I'm excited to see everything else Omnisend has to offer. I'm really impressed so far!

The best app you can find... Its little expensive but worth every dollar. I was using mailchimp before and this is 10 times better.
