Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

I'm using the free version for now as I am a new business and I really like the available templates. Overall they are pretty easy to use. I would recommend!

So Far so good, wasn't too complicated to get going, just hit some hiccups when using my Shopify email database and had to clean the emails up myself, once this was done, we are loving the freedom in design compared to Shopify emails.

I used this app to help me do automated email marketing. It really helps me a lot and save lots of time. The blog provides good suggestion and easy to follow. Thanks!

I use this app to automate all my notification emails, campaign emails and be able to communicate with my customers better. I am hoping they get an OOS auto notification set up soon so my customers can order as soon as stock comes in.

I use this application which is very easy to use and their support is very responsive. I had a few problems which were fixed very quickly. I really recommend this app.

Omnisend is a great app. Before I was using Mailchimp, but Omnisend offers me greater UI control when designing templates. Automation is much better, not to talk about the Automation. That is another galaxy. I'd recommend trying it out and than see what suits you best. Everything you need packed in one super app. That's Omni. Kudos!

If you're running a serious ecommerce store, this app is a must. Valuable insights and professional automation are essential and this app delivers. Once you're setup the customer support is next level. Recommend

Came here from Mailchimp. Like that it has native integration with Shopify. Also did not like that M******* censors and deactivates accounts without notice. Omnisend has similar pricing, but a few more/better features. Automation creation is clean and straightforward. Audience management is nice, and campaign creation is fun in Omnisend. Very happy so far. Customer service is excellent—prompt replies, good attitude, and good knowledge of the system. Good help from Luiz, Kamilia and Tiana recently.

So far so good, the set up has been much easier compared to other email marketing platforms Ive used. The support is also great so just go for it!

In the bang for the buck department, Omnisend is awesome. Great features, easy to use interface, and small-company service. Our account manager Kristen always provides actual useful ideas instead of patting themselves on the back how great they're doing, which is what i've seen with other email apps. I feel like she's on my internal marketing team. Their tutorials are actually *easy* to find which seems rare and if you can't figure it out, their support team is fast and efficient (had a complicated issue that Mattias fixed for me in like 2 minutes).

Works well so far! The integration with Shopify is easy and I like how you can use pop up forms only on specific web pages.

We've moved to Omnisend from other popular EDM service supplier and we're very happy with it — it is a very powerful tool yet simple, logical, and offers many integrations. The biggest selling point is the level of support you'll get from the Omnisend team. It feels like I'm having an extended marketing team advising me on best practices, how to maximise the return and making sure that we're squizing the best from email marketing. Well done, Omnisend!

I've been using Omnisend for a couple of months now and I honestly love it so far. Took a while to get used to the interface, but once I got the hang of it, it's a breeze. Also, another huge plus is their fantastic customer support. I can always get my questions answered in a very timely manner.

Great app to automate your email marketing. Needed help with something and help was quick to respond to resovle the issue.

Have just started using Omnisend. So far very impressed with its great set of tools and how well it syncs with my Shopify Store. Besides an initial problem with the welcome email integration, which was quickly dealt with and resolved by support, I am very impressed, not just with the email marketing tools but also the insights available. This app is a 'Gamechanger' backed up with great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Loved the sales pitch. Very nice + clean interface. However, UX is not very user friendly. It just takes so many more clicks to get what you want. Also, email block settings differ from one template to another so it's difficult to apply "saved" blocks. It looks like each template/automation was coded separately, so there's no uniformity. It also doesn't allow you to create multi-touchpoint emails, so you can't create follow up emails smoothly within one campaign. Everyone raves about CS, that's why I chose Omnisend over Klaviyo, but I have yet to get a good experience. Onboarding so far has not been pleasant. They promised that someone would help us set up our account, but I have done 95% of the work.

We really wanted to have a birthday field to the newsletter registration form. I spent days looking for a good email marketing app, tried 3 of them and I am very happy that we decided on Omnisend. It's been a few weeks now (I don't write a quick review on the day I install an app). The support team has been amazing on top of all the functions we need. Had an issue with our domain/hosting server transfer but Sanya again and everyone else from the support team was very patient and helpful.

Great, great app for marketing. Easy to navigate - I was able to immediately set up automation compared to other tools. Customer service great as well.

The WYSWYG editor interface is kind of simple to use but lack some interesting features. Customisation is also a bit restricted.
