It's affordable to small businesses, nice templates, great workflows much better than Klaviyo all round easier to use and better customer service.

I am only using the free version of this app as we are just starting out our business. The app works beautifully and intergrates really well with Shopify. The pricing for the paid versions seems reasonable. I had tried other apps but I found this was really simple to use. The templates available enable me to create beautiful emails.

well...Omnisend app is okay, it actually has some useful features, but the customer service is horrible, I think they are using automated replies instead having a real person answering to my emails. I sent two emails and I was getting the same generic answer with some screen shots on how to fix the issue. I expected more from them because this app is not cheap. And is not free as they claimed it to be. So I am giving this app 1 star because of bad customer service. *Updated on 9/29/2020 We were told to clean our email list and we did. Yesterday we spent hrs creating a really nice email campaign to send to our customers. The campaign was stopped by Omnisend and our account was suspended again. This app was a waste of time and money for us. And now we finally had enough and deleting our account. :(
We sincerely apologize for the trouble. Ira was trying to explain all the detailed steps in one email. The sending of campaigns was temporarily paused since the system detected some inactive emails on your list. Nothing to worry about, approx 30% of emails go bad in just one year, so regular list cleaning is a must to maintain good sender reputation among the inbox providers. Please clean your contact list with one of the list cleaning service providers, and we will reactivate the campaign sending right away! I downloaded the app today and created my first email campaign for my newly launched store. Very impressed! I love that I can select from some very cool themes and integrate products with a blog post and other content. Hope this translates into some sales!

This has been awesome from day one. Very powerful but also a really nice, clean interface and great styling for emails etc. I'm a very happy customer! Today, I just added a 'Out of Stock' automation and honestly can barely believe how quick and easy it was to do. Amazing. Been with these guys for a few years now and am constantly impressed by the product. Highly, highly recommended. UPDATE: Sometimes we mess things up. That's what I did yesterday. For me, the measure of a good company is how willing they are to try to help you fix things. Omnisend customer support (Stefan in particular) have blown me away. Responsive and super helpful, issue resolved in no time. The thing is, Omnisend is so good that I haven't needed customer service much in the past. It's good to know that if I do, they've got my back.

Omnisend is an amazingly powerful system. It took me a while to understand how to use all the facilities, but I'm very pleased I persisted. Their help was super-fast and clear to follow. Now I've setup the automation of emails it save me hours of work and brings in extra orders on its own. I love the way different emails are sent depending on customer conditions - like UK customers get a different letter to US customers. And new customers a different letter to old customers. Also, the discount vouchers on emails are great, bringing in extra orders automatically - and fast to setup up as the system automatically generates the codes & expiry dates. Overall, I love Omnisend and the detailed stats it gives from mailings. I spent a long time looking at all the Shopify apps (so many!), and are pleased I choose Omnisend for my email marketing. I have just started my trial with Omnisend and so far I'm really impressed with the performance and ease of use/integration with my store. Excited to use it more in the coming weeks.

I have been using this app for 2 of my businesses for approximately 3 years. I was fairly pleased with the platform and the various features it offered, however Omnisend has some serious flaws which ultimately rendered the product unusable. Despite the various features and reasonable price, the app after several months of usage simply deleted our lists as well as all data and records. Contacting support initially resulted in being told "that can't happen". Naturally, we were quite frustrated having lost a tremendous amount of work, and after weeks of back and forth emails a new Omnisend representative entered and acknowledged that it was a "glitch" on their backend. They apologized but stated they could not restore any data. Right there we should have known to move away from Omnisend, but glitches do indeed happen and the rep ensured us this was a once in a century type issue. We gradually rebuilt what we could and sure enough, not six months later, everything is once again deleted. Contacting support, hilariously, resulted in the same response - "that can't happen". After another week, we were given the same explanation: this is a one time glitch and will never happen again. Normally we do not write reviews but in this case we decided to do so to hopefully spare another business the headache and loss we went through trying to deal with Omnisend. You ultimately run a huge risk of putting months or years of work into building your lists and accumulating customer data only to have them accidentally delete it - repeatedly - with no space for recovery. I wish we had learned our lesson the first time, but we wanted to believe this was a solid enough company that they could get their act together. With so many apps to choose from, go with one that can actually protect their customers and data - because this one can't.

Love this app! Have used it several times in the past, ended my subscription because I thought Shopify would be better. I was wrong! So happy to be back! Love the templates and the customer service is super helpful and fast!

I am a small maker with one part time employee, so my funds and time available for email marketing are slim - Omnisend is affordable, intuitive, and works even for small shop owners like myself. It's easy to learn and allows your business to grow just by pushing buttons and setting automations. Try it!

I'm really liking this app. The free version is enough for me to design a great looking newsletter and schedule it to be sent out. I still use Shopify generated confirmation emails, but will most likely upgrade to a paid version of Omnisend as my business grows. Easy to design emails and create segments, and very intuitive to use. Seamless integration with Shopify.

On this application description page, I did not find any description of the validity period. Now, the 50% off coupon code they provided has expired. Very disappointed. And, at this moment. They still show this coupon code.
