Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Just switched over from a very widely used mail system and so far so good. There's a wizard that made the migration from the other platform nice and easy, although it took me a bit to figure out how to move the tags better. I chose Omnisend because I think it has a lot of tools and I have managed to work through a few of them so far like welcome automation series and my first email campaign goes out shortly. Still lots of tools to explore - little bits here and there that I think would make it easier to use, but nothing is perfect perfect and customer services on the chat is helpful and tries their best to provide work arounds. Highly recommended!

Hi, I am super satisfied with the Omnisend App, which I integrated with our Shopify online store platform. It is very user friendly, it's quick to make the campaigns, shows all the results before and after, has lots of options... I would definitely recommend it to anyone... :)

Like the look of this app, however, after two hours of trying to set up, I give up. Not every easy to understand for a new user and thought it could link better with your store to be more automated or you could choose what you wanted. Most need you to input a product for a campaign, what a pain. Needs to have a tutorial to help you set up each campaign the first time. just way to hard to figure out on your own

I started a year ago with Omnisend and ultimately left because of cost. Then i went and tried several others, and none were as effective. So here I am back with omnisend, and here i'll stay.

I read quite a few reviews on different email marketing apps and eventually decided to give Omnisend a try. It was relatively easy even for me, and I'm not super tech savvy when it comes to email campaigns. The templates are a godsend, and it's easy to upload graphics and send to customers in just a few minutes. I'm still using the free version but am thinking of upgrading. I'd recommend this to other business owners.

Terrible customer service and features that aren't on par with their competitors. For example, you can't segment based on opens of an email automation, only based on email campaigns. Really big pain if you are trying to be super targeted! Customer service almost never has a response other than, "I'll suggest that to our developers" and rarely has a good work around for the lack of features. Not worth paying for. I'm switching to another provider as soon as I can.

So far we're really impressed with the ease and coolness of this app. From the automation set up to the variety of templates. We've long been mailchimpers and this is far better. Less clunky, really sleek and smooth to use. So easy anybody can do it... but do it really really well like they totally know what they're doing. Really we're all just winging it. But this app makes you look like you're in total control and are a total marketing marketeer. Big love to omnisend. The Luxe Co team

Careful when useing Omnisend Facebook Custom Audiences !!! Somehow the connection betwen Omnisend and your Facebook Ads Account suddently gets deleted every few weeks. Like this you will end up with facebook eating up your daily budget for some advertising campaigns not targeting the audiences you created via Omnisend. You will not notice that the integration is not working and you don't get any notification about this error. Imagine how much money you can waste if you don't notice this. It happened now for more than 3 times over the last few months. Also every time this conection gets deleted you will need to recreate your facebook audiences which is also time consumeing. I wrote Omnisend 3 times about this and still no fix !

I use this app for all my email marketing. Super easy to import contacts from Mailchimp. I've set up a couple automations, and I just set up my first campaign. I like that it's so easy to add featured products into marketing emails. I've also contacted customer service a couple times, and they have helped me out as well. Superb!

Omnisend integrates with Shopify so easily, and it's super intuitive to use to customize forms, automations and campaigns to match all of my brand elements.
