I can give only 2 stars... As soon as I purchased this app, I created my first automation with a welcome email. The welcome email was created from an Omnised template, and the email doesn´t work for mobile version. The customer service promised a solution in 24-48 hours. If I am paying for this app I expect it to work... I would have expect from the Customer service an immediate solution, does any campaign template from Omnisend work for mobile version?? Then I would try with a different template to avoid having my automation stopped till the Customer service comes back to me. On the other hand, there is no way to customize the confirmation email for double opt-in, which is really a problem for any European customer requiring GDPR. This email looks really spammy, with an orange button as "confirm your email". I can imagine many potential subscribers will not trust this spammy button, and I will loose subscribers. Mailchimp does here better, you can completely customize this email and fit it to your brand. I already sent my feedback to Omnisend, asking for at least, if it not possible to customize the color, make the color less spammy, like black. I have to give only 2 starts because I find this really a basic thing any good email marketing app should offer. Hope an update comes very soon and I can give you guys more starts!

sorry but i found it too complicated to work on, it takes me out of shopify to create email and select one by one product to add there ......

Most ethical and professional company in email business in market. one of the best customer centric company i have come across in past 10 years. I have been omnisend customer since past 4 years and they have lived upto their reputation. i would like to specially thank Will who would try every possible way to help us find the right kind of solution. LA meilleure application de marketing par e-mail !! Je recommande à 10 000 % , il y a nombreuses fonctionnalités. Nombreux modèles d'email, nombreuses campagnes, bref tout est parfait Je suis à l'essai gratuit pour le moment et viens d'envoyer ma première campagne.

Fully featured mailer. Tech support was prompt and helpful. Even though i'm still learning the application, but I am confident this e-mailer would perform. I wish it has more customization for designers though.

Really easy to use interface and some great connectivity with Shopify ... Particularly like the unique code customer discounts. Was using MailChimp - this is so much better

**Update 06/25/2020 -- 5 star** After placing the review up and talking directly to support, my issue was resolved. Happy to see that they helped and hope in the future for better operations moving forward. **Original review below -- 1 star** I am quite frustrated as a new user to this app. We had a very old mailing list that was filled with a bunch of emails that were registered clearly by bad actors ([email protected] etc) so we ended up failing the criteria to send out our first campaign. This campaign is really important for us to get out right now because of the deal for Father's Day. We understand it was our fault for the fail so we took the necessary actions they told us we needed to do to get the campaign flagged as correct. Once you fix the problem, your feed "must be submitted" to support for them to I guess manually review?! Okay, that's fine I guess since we made the mistake. The automated message for the review says they will "get back to you within 24 hours". We are now going on 26 hours and no change! We cannot wait much longer to send the campaign because the deal will end in just a few days. I am beyond annoyed there is no way to talk to support about this because they don't provide any means to chat with support if problems arise. They have taken my money for the month. I have spent the $60+ it took to cleanse my feed. And I am still being penalized. Outrageous. Especially when it only took an automated process to flag my feed as bad. But it doesn't take an automated process to flag my feed back as good?
We feel terrible that we failed to resolve your issue within the promised 24 hours. Customer support is our top priority and we aim to give 100% of our efforts to help our clients. This is by far the best and easiest email marketing app I have used. The templates are really good and easy to edit. For someone like me, who is not to tech savvy. This was really easy and simple. I can't recommend it enough.

Evaluated a lot of other providers and Omni hasn't let us down. My favorite email system I've used to date and it plays nicely with Shopify.

I installed the basic version of the app and I must say that it works very well, it is very well structured and easy to use, I could give 6 stars for assistance, it is very timely and efficient, it is an app that I recommend

Price is way too high once you reach a certain amount of subs. Wouldn't suggest you start using it if you plan to gain more than a few 1000 subs.
Sorry, your experience turned out to be unpleasant. As you are on our forever FREE plan, you can send up to 2000 emails per day, up to 15000 emails per month free of charge. If that is not enough for your business, only then you will need to explore our paid plans. We can see you are now talking to our support team, so we hope you will come up to the best resolution :)

Easy to use good explanations. I have tried other apps but this one is definitely better for me. For sure will recommend it to friends.
