Great tool, great service! Needs some minor fixing on the mobile optimization side, but otherwise it is amazing.

I could write a lengthy review about how bad Omnisend's technical support is, but I think everyone is well aware that they were totally unprepared for the number of people coming over from Mailchimp, and that their Eastern Europe based support is pretty darn horrible. We are currently giving Omnisend a 1 star review because one of the most important ( and most profitable) features of email automation is the Abandon Cart series of emails. Everyone needs to know, Omnisend's Automation email system currently does not work. We do not know if it is because their system is overloaded, their servers are blacklisted, or some other factor, but we know with 100% certainty that their automation system is broken. Before you dismiss this negative review as an outlier, please note that we are still with Omnisend and we are trying desperately to work with them to solve this. Here are the facts: Fact 1: Before we moved to Omnisend, we were sending ONE Abandon Cart email via Shopify's basic notification system. That one email was yielding a 26% conversion rate. The industry average is 7%. Fact 2: We took the EXACT same email that we used in Shopify and launched an abandon cart email series in Omnisend. The email currently yielding less than 1% conversion rate. The data does not lie. Something is horribly wrong. We believe it is something to do with how they have setup our domain and the various DKIM/SPF settings, but again, no one at Omnisend seems to know what to do to fix the issue. If you are a larger company or you have a large email list, and you want to send emails from your own domain (@yourcompany.com) be advised that you are going to have extremely poor performance from Omnisends Automation emails until they can fix their system.

I was looking for a replacement for MailChimp and have been pleasantly surprised finding a more robust solution in Omnisend. It met my needs immediately and has several tools available as my business grows. The pricing structure was also a big reason for trying Omnisend. I am just starting with my online store so getting a marketing tool like Omnisend really helps a self-funded start up. Testing Omnisend with the 14 day free trial has given me the confidence that I've chosen the right email marketing solution. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Omnisend.

We just started using this app to replace MailChimp. It was pretty easy for me to import everything from MailChimp with their available guidance. In just one day we have our customer lists, our email sign-up forms & landing page, abandoned cart email and a a campaign for people who never opened their last few campaigns to come back and get a discount. The automated discount code feature is simply amazing. Integrates easily with shopify. Easy to build campaigns or emails.

Excellent and easy to use email marketing service and app. I have used Mailchimp and SendinBlue in the past and I like Omnisend better. As a website developer I have installed Omnisend to all my clients and for my own boompositive.com store of course. Highly recommend and I'm still on the free plan. But I'm sure their paid services work great as well. And I most likely change to paid plan in this summer! Good job!

I've used another provider for SIX years and always had little bugs and issues that were frustrating when building an EDM. My first EDM has just gone out via Omnisend and building it was SUCH a pleasure - no issues, on point templates... easy... I can't wait to see what the next few months bring!

After doing a bunch of research and trying several services. We recently switched our newsletter service to Omnisend. I have to say, I was bummed to leave mailchimp, but I'm now kind of obsessed (haha) with omnisend. Their interface is clean and intuitive and makes it super easy to implement the basic things we needed to have in place. So far I'm loving it + 100% recommend.

I was able to create a Mother's Day email campaign (my first one), from start to finish, in less than 1 hour. Very intuitive process.

Trying this app out as an alternative to Mailchimp. I like the ease of design with templates. I do wish that GIFs were included in the photo gallery. Other than that, I am sold.

Best email app I've ever used. Switched from Mailchimp. Was easy to create and looks beautiful and professional. I hope I can figure out flows now. They have great customer support.

Migration from Mailchimp was a breeze. I had a little trouble getting the account set up but was quickly helped by customer support through chat. Highly recommended!

The app is great, but it is SO expensive! It is based on your number of subscribers but knowing that your ATC emails are also counted in the total it brings the price up quickly!
