I've just made the switch from Mailchimp, and I've only sent one email so far with Omnisend, but I love the templates and creative options available. So easy to customize, and immediately looks professional. I'm excited to dig in further to create interactive birthday emails for my subscribers and explore all of the options Omnisend has to offer!

I used this app to help me automate adding people to my mailing lists and segment my list. I really like the layouts it gives and the formats. I absolutely love the sleek designs for pop-ups and the ease of use. I chose it over another popular CRM because of its wheel of fortune option and so far I have no regrets. I wish it had inline newsletter forms I could make without having to write the custom HTML myself. I loved how easy it was to create different inline forms for my different pages and just copy and paste it into the blog post exactly where I wanted it. I may end up switching after the launch because of that fact as I love to make my landing pages in a blog post and just copy and paste the inline forms. I like the landing page options they have and the scheduling but I much prefer to keep people in my site then use an outside page.

I am not sure why all the hype. I personally had the worst experience ever after switching from MailChimp, or rather trying to switch. The customer service is nonexistent, that's how unresponsive they are. I had a simple problem and after their initial suggestion I had to wait for two days didn't work, the support simply disappeared - NO ANSWER at all. Basically the app is way worse than MailChimp, there is no obvious way to set up any other account access, every person on your store has their own account and can screw things up from their free account with no way to fix it from yours, you have to keep switching between to find out who did what if the staff is not admitting it. It's simply atrocious so far and ever so clunky. I haven't tried to send anything yet and not sure I want to, after this initial clusterwhatever.

This is a great app! Super easy to use and just sent my first campaign with it... we'll see how it goes. Would definitely recommend!

We just moved over from Shopify, export of current lists was seamless, user interface was great and very simple to follow definitely recommended A nice feature addition would be to edit images size within the app

Switched over to Omnisend after MailChimp stopped working with Shopify. I am really impressed with the platform and the ability to customize the template.

I use the app to send email to our subscribers. Easy operations and many templates to use. You can complete the email like your enjoying. I think it can bring more traffic and sales to our store.

So, I am a switchover from the MailChimp trauma... and I've always disliked the clunky MailChimp interface... but OmniSend has not only made the transition easy (and I had custom forms and everything) but their interface is awesome. Everything is visual, easy to follow, and allows me to focus on content rather than trying to do what I want with a bad interface like MailChimp. The support is quick, and super friendly to - it does make a difference. Thanks so much Omnisend for making a potentially painful process easy!

I used this app to set up some automation for abandoned cart emails and it was very easy to work with. I thought the templates were great and step by step process work flow guided me right through. I'm happy so far.

First of all, why in the world have I not been using Omnisend all these years and settling for Mailchimp? I'm actually glad this issue happened with Mailchimp & Shopify where I had to find something new, and Omnisend is absolutely brilliant... everything is so well designed, it literally hands you everything on a silver platter, you just need to plug and play at that point! If you are looking for something new, simple, user friendly, and not too techy, then Omnisend is the answer!

Very nice email platform. However, they do not have an integration for multiple stores, which means you need more subscriptions if you have multiple stores.

I just switched to Omnisend from MailChimp. It was very easy to integrate with my store and to migrate over my contact list. I was also pleased with the ease of creating a campaign. The finished product looked very professional and directed traffic to specific products on my store very easily. So far I like the app.

Easy to use and very intuitive. This app has some nice features like the ability to "pick" products from your online store to add to your emails. Good alternative at a reasonable price.

I could write a lengthy review about how bad Omnisend's technical support is, but I think everyone is well aware that they were totally unprepared for the number of people coming over from Mailchimp, and that their Eastern Europe based support is pretty darn horrible. We are currently giving Omnisend a 1 star review because one of the most important ( and most profitable) features of email automation is the Abandon Cart series of emails. Everyone needs to know, Omnisend's Automation email system currently does not work. We do not know if it is because their system is overloaded, their servers are blacklisted, or some other factor, but we know with 100% certainty that their automation system is broken. Before you dismiss this negative review as an outlier, please note that we are still with Omnisend and we are trying desperately to work with them to solve this. Here are the facts: Fact 1: Before we moved to Omnisend, we were sending ONE Abandon Cart email via Shopify's basic notification system. That one email was yielding a 26% conversion rate. The industry average is 7%. Fact 2: We took the EXACT same email that we used in Shopify and launched an abandon cart email series in Omnisend. The email currently yielding less than 1% conversion rate. The data does not lie. Something is horribly wrong. We believe it is something to do with how they have setup our domain and the various DKIM/SPF settings, but again, no one at Omnisend seems to know what to do to fix the issue. If you are a larger company or you have a large email list, and you want to send emails from your own domain (@yourcompany.com) be advised that you are going to have extremely poor performance from Omnisends Automation emails until they can fix their system.

I was looking for a replacement for MailChimp and have been pleasantly surprised finding a more robust solution in Omnisend. It met my needs immediately and has several tools available as my business grows. The pricing structure was also a big reason for trying Omnisend. I am just starting with my online store so getting a marketing tool like Omnisend really helps a self-funded start up. Testing Omnisend with the 14 day free trial has given me the confidence that I've chosen the right email marketing solution. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Omnisend.
