It's quite functional for beginners. Their customer support works well, but I would appreciate a built-in survey feature within the emails and more advanced design options.

Omnisend offers everything you need in one place! It's exceptionally user-friendly for beginners and provides top-notch metrics that clearly show how the app boosts our store's revenue and where they come from. The free plan is impressively comprehensive. Email creation is a breeze, and integration with Shopify is seamless. Their new review feature is also easy to use. Additionally, their educational resources and marketing blogs are extremely helpful. Plus, customer care is always just an email or message away, and they are consistently friendly.

Been a customer for several years, happy at first then: - Omnisend pushed a review widget on all my product pages without my approval - showing zero reviews on each product page (I have thousands of very good reviews) impacting my conversions - Omnisend keeps increasing their prices at a very high rate (you basically have no choice other than paying more - and they how annoying it is to switch to another provider) Their customer support is nice and reactive most of the time so I add one star

With the free version they do not allow you to remove the watermark and since it is quite large it takes away a lot of professionalism from the store.

Omnisend is a robust app that I find to be a little less than intuitive personally since my marketing needs are pretty simple. However once I learned how to navigate it, it does what I need effectively and the shopify integration works. And most importantly, their customer service is fantastic and quickly helped me troubleshoot my issues. Shoutout to Karine for the help :)

I've been using Omnisend for a few years now and will say that the team who help you with technical issues and assistance are amazing, they are so patient and nothing is too much trouble. I've not been impressed though with the implementation of the reviews section and believe there to still be missing features. I just feel like this section was rushed and not thought through properly from what a customer needs. However, the team themselves have been so helpful and even though it was not possible to resolve all issues I have with the reviews section I still highly recommend this app and it's team.

I have been using Omnisend for over a year now and really love it! Their offers keep improving (I love the new review feature) and their customer service is great. I have been helped by many different service agents and they are all friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Omnisend is by far the best marketing app I've ever used. The templates are easy to modify, creating one from scratch is equally as simple. The customer support is outstanding, responding to every question professionally and to the point. Very happy with Omnisend overall!

Really bad,This was the first time I saw an app that couldn't pay directly in the store. When I asked about the number of subscribers, I had already replied, but the customer service staff insisted on showing me a screenshot, as if I would lie to her, which was really disappointing.
