I started using Omnisend with my new Shopify AI website and was impressed from the start — I even gave them 5 stars. Today, I had my first real issue, and something amazing happened. The support team didn’t give up on me. Sanya went above and beyond to help and make sure I was happy. I’m very satisfied and pleasantly surprised by how everything turned out. They truly care about their customers. I have to add more stuff. I keep receiving lots of email from customer support they like make sure I am okay and If I need anything else. This is WOW! Amazing! Thank you Beran!I was genuinely surprised today when I got a message from Baarath from customer support checking in on me to see if I needed anything. You don’t see that kind of care often. Their support is on another level.

Omnisend offers everything I need in an email platform for my size of business. The overwhelming difference to other platforms is the personlised customer care. I am extremely fortunate to have Matias as my account manager who is basically like having an additional member of the team. He is always recommending improvements and is extremely hands on in showing me how to use the platform effectively. Well done Omnisend. I would highly recommend.

This terrible app and company. I signed up, paid money which will be over $500. My account was hacked and large amount of emails were added to customer list. Spam email went out to over 30,0000 people from my company email. How did it happen?! This can potentially ruin my company! I cancelled my account immediately and wrote support. The security of their customer's is not top priority. I cannot believe this happened. I will be emailing Shopify to report this

Please note that we identified suspicious activity on your account in a timely manner and took the necessary steps to prevent further issues while also sharing the mitigation measures with you. We found that 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) was not enabled on the account during the incident, which unfortunately made it easier for the suspicious activity to occur. To help strengthen security, we make 2FA available and always recommend that account owners enable it for an added layer of protection. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on any digital platform, including Omnisend, to add an essential layer of protection. The security of our customers remains a top priority, and we will continue enhancing safeguards to help protect accounts.
Very easy to use, has all the features I need, and much better priced than other apps!

I can only recommend Omnisend for email marketing. Easy to use and implement, they are continuously adding new features and also offering workshops to make sure I know what's new and industry trends. Tech support is very very good, either the bot or real person. It is a very human company who shows they care about their customers. I am not tech minded and have no problem setting up new pop ups, forms or campaigns. It saves time and make money!
