Compared to other apps of the same type, this app has a simpler and more convenient interface. In addition, the customer service is also very patient, heartfelt thanks to customer service Beran service, you are really professional and great, very timely to solve my problem.

We are very happy with our use of Omnisend for 2 years for our marketing automation emails and other campaigns, we prefer the interface more than the other big competitor for email marketing - you probably know which we have in mind. Karine from support was very quick and helpful, when we had questions.

i love Augustin, he is SUCH a pleasure and hardworker. Everytime I have a question, he always resolves my problem swiftly and directs me to the right path. I am not very technical but he always manages to explain things in simple language that I can understand and implement. The platform is great, ive been using it for years. It does the job if you dont have technical background and want to keep things efficient and simple.

My favorite thing about his app is the excellent customer support. The OS staff is very knowledgeable and works tirelessly day and night to answer my random and technical questions - all with an amazing attitude of service. Extremely disappointing experience with Omnisend's customer service. After waiting 30 minutes for a response, all I received was a link to an article that did not solve my problem at all. When I tried to explain that the article was not helpful, they simply ignored me. I am still here, waiting for a solution. It is unacceptable for a customer service to be so negligent and unresponsive.

Baarath was very quick and helpful to resolve an issue I had sending an email campaign. The issue was resolved within minutes. Wonderful customer service and a wonderful platform to build and send emails to your customers! It's easy to use and has very nice layouts.
