Their "award winning" support is absolutely terrible. Their new review functionality is creating fake contacts and they have zero solutions, but charged my account for over 1,100 additional contacts that aren't real people because of how their system is processing the new reviews import. For email marketing, the app is nice, but their support and failures with the reviews roll-out makes me want to find something else.

First, I think the Omnisend platform is robust and easy to use. I especially appreciate that what I design on the backend is generally what I see in the emails. Second, the customer service is outstanding. I spoke with Eduarda, Agustin, and Maria -- and all of them were great. Agustin, in particular, was very responsive. This company truly wants to be great, and it shows. Highly recommend!

Works brilliantly, we have been using Omnisend for a few years now and it has always worked very well for us giving great analytics and excellent integration with Shopify. Their customer service is very quick and super helpful to resolve our issues, we will continue to use them for a long time to come!

They offer 24/7 support but the chat support is the worst. You have to keep repeating things, they don't pay attention to what you're actually saying and they keep switching agents within the same conversation so none of them know what's going on. You have to constantly update them on the previous conversation. Most of your emails will go to spam if you use this company. Really not good.

At first, the support team was not that useful then I was transferred to Agustin and he solved all my problems very quickly. Would recommend.

Questa app è fantastica! Ne ho provate tante, ma resta la migliore. Si collega benissimo a Shopify, le automazioni funzionano e sono molto fluide, non è difficile da usare. Il servizio clienti super disponibile h24 e super veloci a capire il problema. Grazie Kayque per aver risolto tutto e per avermi indirizzata step by step alla risoluzione, anche alle 11 di sera. Un grande!
