I have been using Omnisend for a few months only and I really enjoyed creating email campaigns on it. I needed some help today about "Sender Domains" and sent them an email. Beran immediately answered me with clear instructions, while being very patient and polite. I followed all the steps he guided me through until the problem was solved. I am pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and how smoothly the issue was fixed. Thank you!

The app for email mktng is the perfect match for my fasion ecommerce. The customer service is mazing, right away answers, best problem solving ever! Though, I am frustrated as I vant afford forthe moment the payment plan at 100/month, maybe they could offer a starters plan with more than 500 emails/month at a lower/starters fee to be increased as the ecommerces scale. Highly recommended!

HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! All about this app!!!!!!! I spent over $150 on email services, only to have my first campaign canceled due to high bounced emails. I wasted 2 hours in a chat with support, waiting 10-15 minutes between responses!!!!! Eventually, they suggested I pay EXTRA to clean my email list, which I did. Yet, the campaign was paused AGAIN due to high bounced emails. The customer support is abysmal. DO NOT BUY from them!

Upon reviewing your account and the circumstances surrounding your campaign, it appears that in addition to the high bounce rate of your contacts, the spam rate has also exceeded the tolerated rate, which is 0.1%. While the cleaning list feature helped filter out risky contacts that could bounce, the spam rate could only be addressed by unsubscribing lapsed email subscribers. Worked with Agustin who helped answer my questions even providing screen shots to help me know how to navigate my question. Very good customer service. I hope their email performance is just as good since I haven't started sending emails yet, but I am pretty optimistic!

I looked at several email marketing apps and decided that Omnisend had the most features for the price was the most user friendly of the ones I looked at in my opinion. That was really important to me as is what kind of support the company offers. I recently needed some help with an issue I was having and Karine in support was both courteous and knowledgeable as well as patient. My computereze isn't that great but she managed to figure out what I was trying to explain to her and helped me fix it in no time. I would definitely recommend the Omnisend app.

So far, this app has been easy to use and works well. The only problem I had was getting the DKIM to verify with my email. Karine in customer service was very helpful!! In just a couple of minutes my issue was resolved. She was very friendly and knowledgeable!! Thanks Karine!
