Omnisend seems great - I'm an artist and I just want to focus on creating stuff and I'm not very patient when it comes to the business-side of things, especially setups regarding emails. The customer-service is friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommended!

This is a fasntastic app, their customer service is the best of the best. better than any other app. highly recommend it. Update : all of the custome service agent are the best but Mathias is next level. he helped me solve a problem that I was trying to solve for two weeks. thanks Mathias

Pretty easy to use...So far it seems to work well. As a fairly reclusive artist type I feel Omnisend could help me reach a greater audience...In a professional and meaningful way.

Johnny from customer service was a big help! He helped me step by step with an issue I had until it was resolve! So far, I am satisfy with Omnisend. The free plan includes a lot of things and it's easy to set up and create a workflow and campaign. It's user friendly and I can design it to my liking.

So far as a new user, Omnisend has been really good. The learning curve is gentle. After setting up a Workflow, you're good to go.

Honestly, this probably one of the best newsletter programs I have used. And whenever I encounter a problem, their support team is on it and resolves it quickly. Saleh is one of their support staff, and was quick to respond, check out the issue, and resolve it. Thank you, Saleh, and Omnisend.

I've only been using the app for about a week. They've made it easy to understand and implement, and their customer service is great. I had some issues, but they helped me resolve them quickly.
