I was running into some issues with Shopify Email and found many recommendations to give Omnisend a try. The interface is easy to use and creating campaigns is very straightforward. I had some initial issues with domain verification due to conflicting SPF records but Maria from Omnisend’s support team explained what I had missed in short order and the client was up and running quickly. Very impressed so far.

I highly recommend this app for its user-friendly mode. Setting up, uploading contacts, and creating gorgeous emails is very easy. The price is very affordable, which helps the growth factor a lot. My Rep, Hunter S., was friendly and helpful and made the purchase a no-brainer.

Saleh was incredibly helpful and was able to answer all of my questions clearly! Also, every other time I've needed to contact Omnisend's support, everyone's always been nice and able to help me out. Regarding Omnisend itself, I enjoy using it and I really appreciate the new features that are being added over time.
