Making the Switch to Omnisend Was the Best Decision We recently decided to switch to Omnisend, and as beginners, we’re still learning the ropes — but thankfully, they have an amazing support team! Huge shoutout to Baarath, Hunter, and Mathias — all fantastic people, especially Baarath, who’s been incredibly patient and quick to assist me in building our flow. He replies so fast, understands my questions clearly, and even goes the extra mile by creating Loom videos to guide me step by step. All in all, Omnisend is an excellent platform backed by a truly outstanding support team. They never make you feel lost or alone — they’re available 24/7, ready to help you figure things out and answer every question with care. Highly recommended!

So far so good. Once I figured out to remove my website name from the dmarc and dkim records it worked beautifully!

Has a fair amount of email features for a relatively low price. Their support via email has been great too and very helpful on the occassion I need them.
