Dilara was very helpful when I was setting up the sender email and needed some advice on the DNS settings.

We started using Omnisend and it's made such a difference offering features we have long wanted, we ran into some issues with our theme using it but Maria was a great help giving us 5 star support that was speedy and spot on!

Great and fast costumer service ! I wasn´t sure how to customize my first form after downloading the app. I got a step by step guide through the chat and manage to design the form to my needs. I recommend highly this app

very limited and overpriced email software. doesn't have basic functionality like dynamic discounts and just feels like and old email software overall. Use klaviyo if you want the best. Or use mailerlite or something if want a lower budget one. But DONT use omnisend

It's very easy to use, and there are plenty of step by step instructions on how to do things. I love how everything is integrated with Shopify and the set up or syncing with your shop is done automatically.

Omnisend est très simple à prendre en main, une fois toutes les fonctionnalités comprises, c'est un jeu d'enfant pour développer son marketing. L'équipe d'assistance est ultra rapide et hyper compétente. Ils répondent aux questions sans aucun problème, en prenant le temps de bien expliquer, leur plus gros point fort ! Pour commencer, il est possible d'utiliser omnisend gratuitement et je le recommande car il y a énormément de choses à faire.

Great service, relatively easy to set up, you will have everything you need in a rather easy and straight forward interface. The best part is their exceptional customer support. You will naturally have questions and to be able to get them answered so fast, and in such a detailed way every time is golden. Absolutely love Omnisend and highly recommend it!
