I tried multiple email apps before and Omnisend is the best. The support team is fantastic and their rate is more affordable than other comparable apps. They have all of the necessary features needed and creating email newsletters is easy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic app. Really easy to get started and fantastic-looking templates to start with. Support is great. Karine from the Omnisend support team was super responsive and provide the exact info I needed to help with my first campaign.

Super great service and fast. They even provided me with a personalised video resolving my particular issue. I got pretty impressed by that! I have been working with many services but this exceeded my expectations. Thanks for your hard work!! Keep it up!!

La curva de aprendizaje es de fácil a moderada, dependiendo del nivel de experiencia que tengas, es la primera vez que utilizo una herramienta de e-marketing y es bastante intuitiva, con muchas funciones y propósitos que pueden ayudarte a cubrir al momento de utilizar herramientas de promoción y venta en una tienda en linea. Ademas de poder optimizar visualmente los correos de manera profesional y a tu gusto. La recomiendo 100%

I had a quick question and Diego was very friendly and ready to help. The issue was resolved in under 3 minutes or so. So far, the app is great and looking forward to great possibilities. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great 24/7 service.

Omnisend has been an important app addition to our business regarding workflow and popups. I hae had first class support when having issues navigating my way around the process, im not the best on a computer but Sila has been very patient and supportive. keep up the great work. Mike

I had Karine help me today. Fantastic job, the app had been set up (by me wrongly) but sending out a discount code I didn't want or couldn't find. She went to work and found exactly the source to enable me to change it! Absolutely fantastic job so glad to have this company onboard with my shop

Thanks to Mr. Deniz, who is in the Support team, we can implement many workflows and automation in case of problems we experience. This is the best e-mail application available on Shopify.
