Still pretty early in with Omnisend, but honestly its pretty great having everything simplified by sorting all the brand stuff at the start of using has made making campaigns and automations as easy as clicking a few buttons

Moved from klaviyo to OmniSend after it was recommended to me. I was a bit nervous in doing so… but with the excellent customer service, fast and knowledgeable help, the transition was seamless. The guys at OmniSend deserve this 5-Star review and more. They even checked in on my account to make sure everything was running smoothly and found a hiccup. As soon as this was fixed, orders from my flows started coming in. Very happy and highly recommend OmniSend

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Mariia and team definitely went above and beyond to get the problem resolved/ figured out. I am by fair extremely content with the response she provided me and even more content with her customer service skills. Very kind, patient and understanding of the issue. Thank you so much Mariia. I find Omnisend incredibly easy to use for managing my email list, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! Recently I had an issue, and their support team was absolutely amazing. They responded immediately, asked all the right questions, explained what would happen next, kept me updated on the progress, and resolved the issue efficiently. All of this was done in such a pleasant and friendly manner, which made the whole experience stress-free. I’m so glad to be with Omnisend – highly recommend!

We have some DNS issues, but support team menbers(especialy Ms.Sanya) were very kindly and taught me how to set up for this. Because we are using Japanese host provider and I dont have any knowledge. Then I think they are not easy to check this time. But finally issues are cleared! So many greatfull apriciate for this.

I think it's a great app with lots of functions. For that and pleasant customer service via chat i would give a higher score (5 stars). However Omnisend is highly complex and I feel that live support such as phone and better still screen sharing would be very helpful indeed to get the best out of it. I have been chatting with support today and the guy I was taking to - Baka - has been super helpful and we have managed to resolve the initial issue. I am now waiting for some more information on another task. When I started my Omnisend account I had to employ the services of a third party expert. He was based in Australia and I am in the UK. It would be far more useful if this kind of support was in house and I would be able to get far more out of a system that I am paying a lot to use and barely scratching the surface with. I am a small business owner and as such i cannot invest days of time becoming an expert in the platform via academies and you tube videos. Every bit of software we use is complex and the best customer services are those that can literally walk you through exactly what needs to be done to complete a task.

They now use a bot for their support model AND YOU CAN'T REACH ANYONE TO ACTUALLY HELP YOU. I've tried for a week to get someone to answer my questions, the bot just blocks me and they NEVER email back, as the bot claims they will. If you are a small business BEWARE of this organization. Their customer support is lacking and they will not help you. I've been trying to adjust my subscription but they'd rather keep charging me a high price rather than align my subscription to my customer count.

I have been very impressed with the service received by the Omnisend team. They are knowledgeable and quick to sort out any problem. I am not very technical and found them really supportive and helpful. I trusted they would be able to help me and they did. Thanks to Johnny but there were others that were equally great!
