Omnisend seems great - I'm an artist and I just want to focus on creating stuff and I'm not very patient when it comes to the business-side of things, especially setups regarding emails. The customer-service is friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommended!

Johnny from customer service was a big help! He helped me step by step with an issue I had until it was resolve! So far, I am satisfy with Omnisend. The free plan includes a lot of things and it's easy to set up and create a workflow and campaign. It's user friendly and I can design it to my liking.

So far as a new user, Omnisend has been really good. The learning curve is gentle. After setting up a Workflow, you're good to go.

I've only been using the app for about a week. They've made it easy to understand and implement, and their customer service is great. I had some issues, but they helped me resolve them quickly.

Absolutely love using Omnisend. I have used Klavio and Mailchimp before, but with being a full-time artist, this has been the simplest and most effective email host that I've used. Love it!

Omnisend makes things so easy. Setting up email and SMS was super simple, and I like how clean the dashboard is. The automation flows save me time, and I’ve seen way better results since switching. Their support team actually replies fast too, which is rare. Definitely recommend if you want something that just works without the hassle.

I was running into some issues with Shopify Email and found many recommendations to give Omnisend a try. The interface is easy to use and creating campaigns is very straightforward. I had some initial issues with domain verification due to conflicting SPF records but Maria from Omnisend’s support team explained what I had missed in short order and the client was up and running quickly. Very impressed so far.
