ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, THE BEST EMAIL/SMS PLATFORM OUT THERE! KLAVIYO CAN SUCC IT! The pricing at Omnisend is amazing, their 24-hr live support is stellar, and the deep, deep integration with Shopify is amazing. So happy to have found Omnisend. Klaviyo was literally burning our money and kept raising their prices, and provided worse and worse service. I am so happy we made the switch. You will too!

Sanya has been a big help in assisting me with setting up SMS. I am totally new to the SMS marketing world and was very confused and losing hope that I wouldn't have been able to get it to work. Sanya was able to give me tips on how to set up my automations and even helped me something that was so simple that I didn't even realize it myself. I am so thankful of her!

I'm very happy with Omnisend. I was using the service on my Big Commerce store and, subsequently, continued with them when we migrated over to Shopify. We did run into some issues in terms of the migration of Omnisend from Big Commerce to Shopfiy, but Kayque, the agent who initially addressed my issues, continued to follow up with e-mail until our issues were resolved and Omnisend was fully functioning on our new Shopify store. So, that is evidence enough for me to both strongly recommend Omnisend but to also continue working with the company for the foreseeable future.

I couldn’t be happier! The customer service is great—always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. The user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) are also top; everything is intuitive and easy to navigate. Highly recommend this app to anyone.

Learning anything new can be challenging, but when you have the support of a good team, like that at Omnisend, it helps reduce the frustration and learning curve! Sometimes it's the simplest things that trip us up, but the folks at Omnisend treat each concern as priority and offer their support in any way. Even if it's simply to confirm my understanding of a process, to me that's an important step as I move forward.

I've been using this app for a few months now and it's been great. I have used a few different email automation apps in the past, and they were clunky to work with or didn't have the features I needed. Today, I was trying to do something with my audience segments and couldn't figure it out on my own. I reached out to the customer service chat for help, not really expecting to get more than what I found in the troubleshooting articles. But I was pleasantly surprised! Kayque was incredibly patient while helping me figure out some logistics when it came to sign-up forms and audience segments. In the end, we were able to find a resolution for my inquiry. He answered all my questions and didn't quit until we figured it out together. I appreciate his determination to ensure I had all the info I needed to achieve my goal. Great customer support, guys!

Mariia was great; super helpful and offered objective advice which suited the need of my brand, rather than the need of the software. Really helpful and would recommend. Omnisend is a great app, and whilst it takes some time to learn your way around it (for me as a new business owner anyway), it really is proving to be a great addition to my company.

These emails are moving to promotions in Gmail which is having less chance of getting it recovered

I have been using Omnisend for a number of years now. I send out a newsletter once every 2 weeks and I have a couple of automations running as well. I don't always find the interface the most intuitive but by using the chat service on a couple of occasions I always get back on track. Today I specifically want to highlight the chat service and the help I received from Saleh, who, despite being very busy, took the time to: 1. explain why he may be slower than usual to respond (and apologised ofr it more than once) 2. supply me with a link to help answer my initial query 3. respond with comprehensive and detailed answers to my fairly elaborate follow up questions (not the type of questions you want to receive when you are very busy!) As a result, I know what my options are and again can get back on track. Much appreciated Saleh, you are a credit to the team.

"In four months, the monthly fee increased from 20 USD to 100 USD. Why are the charges getting higher and higher? No detailed fee breakdown has been provided, nor has any explanation been given as to why the charges keep increasing.

As your contact list grows, this requires more email credits, which is reflected in your subscription cost. It’s actually a good sign for your business that your contact base has increased, but we understand that rising costs can be concerning. If you’d like to reduce your fee, we recommend cleaning your list by removing inactive or old contacts who aren’t engaging with your emails. The app and layout is very well organized with a clean interface and their chat support is quick to respond with helpful advice and great articles to do a deeper dive into best practices. We are very pleased with the metrics from our emails and the signup from variety that can be added to the website. Omnisend has been a great choice.
