I was having an issue with verifying my DNS, so I contacted them by simply replying to one of their emails and Kayque quickly responded and assisted me with solving my issue. I was able to get everything up and running smoothly with no issues. I have been using omnisend for almost 4 years now and I love this company. Customer service is top tier, pricing is good and I am a satisfied client.

Amazing app! Everything just works perfectly, you get access to all features on the Free Plan (<500 emails sent/month), not like many apps there that are technically free but you need to upgrade to be able to do the simplest thing. Customer support is amazing, they reply within 5-10min and their support is 5/5. Will definitely upgrade to the Paid plan once I reach the Free Plan limits. I highly recommend this app for all email marketing things

Omnisend has truly made things easier for my business. Their articles are super helpful, and their customer service is quick to respond and very helpful.
