This app was good, untill they started deceiving their customers. At first, the payment was based on how many emails and sms messages can you send, now they are doing some tricky way to take money from you, and they are charging on the amount of subscribers you have. We have just 600 active subscribers, and they are charging us like we have 3000 +. HIGHLY AVOID THIS APP!!!

Works great, much better than mailchimp. Pricing and features set them above anyone else. On top of that thier customer support is top notch, Kayque was super helpful helping me with a DNS update issue.

That has to be the best support ive ever seen! The App itself works amazingly well. Its easy to use and has a LOT of Features. Worth every penny in my opinion. But boy... that support is DE_LICIOUS! Friendly and fast and always helpful! 12/10!

We've been using Omnisend for a few weeks now, and so far have been very happy with its capabilities. It does everything we need, and is much more affordable than Klaviyo. I was encountering some issues with the domain set up and Omisend team Dilara and Eduarda are amazing and very dedicated to help me out. The issue i was facing has something to do with Godaddy which takes longer than expected to solve but both of them were supporting me the whole way with very clear instructions and patience. Highly recommended!

Definitely recommend. We have been using Omnisend for almost 3 years and love it. They have continued to make improvements and their support is quick, helpful and human rather than bot. Most recently Maria helped us work through an issue.
