I'm a recent user so I haven't yet gotten experience regarding the results of Omnisend campaigns. However, I can confidently say that the app is very intuitive and easy to use. Also Kayque from support has been very helpful and swift in resolving any problems I had.

Customer support is really nice! Diego was great with helping me understand automations. I like how fast the support is as well (and that it's included in the free plan) update: I also want to mention Sanya! She was amazing with all my questions and was very thorough! Omnisend has been great to me.

After spending days trying to get Klaviyo to work for me with no real help from customer service, I called it and decided to give Omnisend a try. The only thing I'm upset about is the time I wasted with Klaviyo! Customer service is top notch and I had everything up and running in no time. Thank you Onmisend! Have only recently started using Omnisend, but would like to say I appreciate the promptness of their customer support. Special mention of gratitude to Baraath for the quick and helpful response when I expressed a challenge I had with formatting and testing an email campaign.

I received great support from Baraath to fix my error in the creation of a form. I would love more features and easier management for store owners that are not marketers

I just started using this app. I haven't watched the onboarding or any tutorials yet. Just had to jump into it and get an email out the night before a big summer sale. LOL The support has been fantastic. Day and night. Thank you Andres for your help and sending me the links to the onboarding. I look forward to watching, learning and success!

Omnisend is very user friendly and offers enough premium features to get started without having to pay compared to some companies charging right of the back. Salma is very helpful when answering questions. She goes above and beyond.

I came over from Privy because Privy was trash. Omnisend has so many more features and customer service is great. I definitely recommend!

There has been a learning curve for me, but the videos and information has been great. Customer service has been very helpful. Karine has helped me resolve a couple issues quickly.
