The app is great, has all the necessary functions, and is reliable. Omnisend's real strength is its amazing support. They have always been fast and helpful, and big thanks to Joy for saving me a lot of stress.

I absolutely LOVE Omnisend. It is so intuitive, they have a large number of templates to work from, their form builders are amazing, and the customer service is elite. Truly a brand that cares about retaining its customers and continuing to improve its platform. Also, their pricing structure is much more affordable compared to other email marketing platforms. They are constantly coming out with product updates and integrations and provide valuable knowledge to the use of their program but also towards today's marketing trends. Working with customer success managers has also been a pleasure, I have not a single bad thing to say about this company or its platform! Kristen, my success manager is amazing and when I had a question about a split condition in the program, Luiz was very attentive and prompt in his answer. All around-wonderful.

Omnisend is easy and great to use. They have so many features and templates that are worth the monthly fee. Whenever I need help with something, customer service is very quick! I've had the pleasure of chatting with Joy a few times and they are a big help. Thank you!

Schneller Kundenservice (thx to Luiz!), tolle Segmentierungsmöglichkeiten, super automatische Flows und tolle Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was sich nicht einstellen lässt.

The greatest app I've ever tried by far . Easy to use, with everything pre built, makes it easier for even an absolute beginner to master the art of Email Marketing. And the best part...They have an excuisite customer service. They've helped me with all my questions (setup, automations, pricing) quickly and effectively! Salma helped me pick the right plan for our needs and answered all my questions regarding the set up of automations for our business. Don't think it for a minute, just install it !
