Been using the app for more than 2 years, turned out great for almost anything they propose. I wasn't able to do anything i wanted of course but that is also fine, every development needs time. Today, I was able to reach very thorough information about a very specific detail thanks to Joy. It was at the same tame very pleasant talking to him/her. Recommended.

really like to use it. It is keep getting improved and is easier to use. But the price is a little bit high. The customer service responds quickly and is helpful. The representative Salma is able to provide a solution to me in a professional way.

Omnisend's customer service is amazing!! They are there 24/7 and respond so quickly. Karine was totally awesome and helped me with a few of my issues and I'm close to finishing my welcome series now... yay!! Definitely recommend!!!

We just started to use Omnisend and we are so happy we the new look and feel of our email. The app is very intuitive, very easy to use but if you get stuck with something the 24/7 support is always ready to help you. If you are looking for an email marketing app , I highly recommend you to give it a try.

Omnisend has one of the best and fastest customer support I have ever had. It works great and the UI/UX is simple and straightforward. You will love using and working with it. Not overloaded at all. However, in my opinion, the team/devs should have more of an eye on the multi-language capabilities that Shopify markets offer. Transactional emails and most of the automations, apart from the abundant product automation, can only use the store's default language. This messes up the whole customer experience for international customers. Should be fixed soon please!

We received wonderful online support...the program etc. is a bit tricky up front--but once you work your way around it becomes easy. But most important - if you're stumped or have questions --just ask. They have greatly improved the online support and that saw us through to the end.

I contacted the support : Agustin and Deniz were a ten out to ten ! I also like to use Omnisend, a lot of features are pretty useful and interesting. I would have had the ability to create a survey without asking the emails of my users. If you want to add new templates

I downloaded klaviyo at first cause everyone about it in all the youtube videos and articles. But honestly it was very annoying to use and super not user friendly. I then tried omnisend and basically fixed all the annoying things about klaviyo. I just wish they have more pop up templates. Customer support is decently quick and super super helpful. I got a screen recording mini tutorial just for my question, amazing. Big thank you to Salma she's from customer support she's the reason im writing this review.

Omnisend has been one of our best partners with Monika as a really helpful and supportive account manager. Very flexible pricing plans and the recent automations have really helped us a lot. Versus competitors this is the cheapest if you want to send unlimited emails.

I like a lot of the features of omnisend, the introduction, but the details are well done and at the same time very easy to master, also the latest AI writing is impressive, finally thank you Stefan, Andrés, and Karine for your patience in helping me with my problems

We recently discovered when chatting to a customer that they didn't receive our latest SMS. Upon further checking, they didn't receive the last 9 SMS either, neither did most of our US customers. There was no notification of this within Omnisend, I had to check the customer record to see the SMS has failed. I guess it's in Omnisend's interest to keep the fees and not alert customers when their SMSs aren't delivered. Checking in with customer service, so far the only explanation I've been given is that we haven't verified our number. This is despite a) 9 of the 10 failed messages were before the date verification was required, b) we have never hit the limit set by number verification. Currently I keep getting the same answer from customer service whose only line seems to be to ask us to verify our number. I will keep pressing. Further investigation has revealed most emails end up in the spam folder too. What are we paying for here? At this rate I'll be asking for a full refund!
