The app for email mktng is the perfect match for my fashion ecommerce. The customer service is amazing, right away answers, best problem solving ever! Though, I am frustrated as I cant afford up until now the payment plan fixed at 127/month, maybe they could offer a starters plan with more than 500 emails/month and less than the payment plan. a lower/starters fee for up to 3000 or 5000 mails, to be increased as the ecommerce scales Highly recommended!

HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! All about this app!!!!!!! I spent over $150 on email services, only to have my first campaign canceled due to high bounced emails. I wasted 2 hours in a chat with support, waiting 10-15 minutes between responses!!!!! Eventually, they suggested I pay EXTRA to clean my email list, which I did. Yet, the campaign was paused AGAIN due to high bounced emails. The customer support is abysmal. DO NOT BUY from them!

Upon reviewing your account and the circumstances surrounding your campaign, it appears that in addition to the high bounce rate of your contacts, the spam rate has also exceeded the tolerated rate, which is 0.1%. While the cleaning list feature helped filter out risky contacts that could bounce, the spam rate could only be addressed by unsubscribing lapsed email subscribers. This was the second step of the solution provided by our team to ensure a clean list that doesn't harm your sending reputation. Worked with Agustin who helped answer my questions even providing screen shots to help me know how to navigate my question. Very good customer service. I hope their email performance is just as good since I haven't started sending emails yet, but I am pretty optimistic!

So far, this app has been easy to use and works well. The only problem I had was getting the DKIM to verify with my email. Karine in customer service was very helpful!! In just a couple of minutes my issue was resolved. She was very friendly and knowledgeable!! Thanks Karine!

I’ve been using Omnisend for a while now and it’s honestly made my email marketing so much easier. The platform is straightforward, the automations save me a lot of time, and the reports are clear without being complicated. Overall, it just does what I need without any extra fuss. And I have to say, working with Gavin has been a big plus — he’s always patient, quick to respond, and super easy to talk to.

Omnisend's accountability and customer service is lost to me as of recent, as trying to update my name servers led to another user taking over my account. Despite being repeatedly told that they would resolve the issue within 24-48 hours, I have not received any assistance in 6 days, preventing me from sending critical emails and impacting my livelihood. Unfortunately, tech support has been unhelpful and failed to follow up on their promises. Omnisend used to provide excellent service, but currently, I am left without a solution.

Tenemos omnisend hace 3 meses aproximadamente y ha sido una experiencia agradable, mas facil de manejar que otras api. Todo ha ido muy bien, pueden mejorar en algunas opciones adicionales en el momento de crear los correos electrónicos pero por el momento para nosotros es suficiente. La atención al cliente es excelente, siempre hay alguien alli llevando el caso y buscando la forma de brindar una respuesta o solución. Fantastic real help assistance by Kayque! I thought there was no way to solve the DNS records issue i was having, as i had entered all the dns records, however he found one error and my emails were back up and running within 10 minutes
