Just downloaded and set up. It's great, simple and user friendly. Great pre build templates to select from, which give option to customise each. Perfect branding personalisation, it's simple but effective. Allows for more brand effective representation ability. Also like the idea you can also submit ideas on more templates...

Another great experience. Plenty of hand holding and expert advice from Diego today while trying to verify my domain. Thank you so much! I literally couldn't have done it without you. So far so good! Just signed up. I had one little question so got on the chat and received an answer back from the lovely Baarath super quick. Then a follow up message to make sure I got the answer I was after and did I need anything further. I'm looking forward to properly getting started but I am so impressed with their customer support that I can't see there being any problems at all. It's a welcome change! Thanks!

I have been using Omnisend for a few weeks now. The app is quite easy to understand and when you have a problem, like me today, the customer service is very responsive and gives good solutions to help. Thanks Joy for your help today :)

Dealt with Joy today to fix an issue we were having with automations for subscriptions from the theme sign up field. Joy was really attentive and helped resolve the issue for us. Very happy with the customer service.

I recently had a terrible experience with this service. To make matters worse, they don't even have a phone number to call for help! When I tried to get assistance through their online chat, the operator was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I am extremely disappointed with this service and would not recommend it to anyone.

I am new to Omnisend and transitioning from a few other apps- this can be an overwhelming task especially in the middle of busy season. Marketing is daunting on it's own for small business owners and I had QUESTIONS! Kamilia was patient, kind and answered everything in detail while providing more than i asked for. The app itself seems to be well designed and I look forward to exploring it more. So far so good, top notch customer service is something that I look for because sometimes you just need a person to help, not a bot.

We had a problem with some emails and credit, but with the helpful staff and support 24/7 they helped us and fixed the issue within 48h! Thanks to Matija for helping us and getting all our questions answered. Keep the good work and a good customer service.

They offered a free plan with 500 e-mails per month. That's what we needed. Then, they started charging me more and more every month based on the number of subscribers, regardless if they are active or not. When I complained about it, they told me to remove the subscribers even though we were not shooting any e-mails to them. That's shady. Even though we were paying, we couldn't remove their logo from the e-mails. They're always forcing you to upgrade and once you're in, the next plan goes from $50 to $80! The plans you get on Shopify are gone! UPDATE: This response is just BS. Your policy is not clear. You offered me a plan with 60k email per month and it doesn't show anything about the number of subscribers. I should be charged by the number of emails sent, not by the number of subscribers in my list. I had to pay for all subscribers even tho we shoot less than 100 emails.

However, we do need to account for them in our pricing structure as they are still part of your overall list size. This is the reason we do offer the option to remove those contacts to bring down the price. We believe this is a fair way to comply with our pricing policy and provide flexibility to our clients. Regarding the removal of the Omnisend logo: as we have checked your account, we found it possible to remove it from your emails. We would be happy to assist you with this if you still have any issues! We do offer different plans to suit the varying needs of our clients, and we understand that it may not be feasible for everyone to upgrade to a higher-priced plan. Been on Omnisend several months now after using Shopify's native email campaigns. I sometimes get lost in the weeds since Omnisend is so much more powerful, but patient support personnel like Luiz makes it easy to understand!

I had a bad experience because I was given the wrong information by a support rep and I only found out it was incorrect after asking another support rep who gave me the correct information. Luckily, my issue was resolved. I do feel it is a bit complicated but the 24/7 support is helpful (when the rep knows what they're talking about). It's good if you only use this for Shopify however I do think it lacks if you are tracking sales from other websites that aren't necessarily e-commerce stores...unless I was given the wrong information by a support rep again.

Great support from Joy at Omnisend when wanting to create new forms. Needed the subscribers to get into an email automation flow directly after signup.

I've been using Omnisend since 2019 and they're always prompt to assist with any troubleshooting I've had. My recent experiences with Baarath and Luiz was very helpful and now I have my customer preferences set up to offer opt-outs for special occasions.

I have just started playing around with Omnisend and so far really like it. I had a couple problems (that ended up being so simple) at the start and customer service was incredible, Karine was so helpful.
