HIGHLY Recommended! I love that you can automate all the SMS and Email through one app. The one thing that has sold me on this app and made it worth it is the customer service. They are always quick, efficient and so helpful. I don't always understand what I am doing and they are always so patient.

Luiz helped us troubleshoot our domain authentication issues, literally on and off all day, through chat-- even though he had multiple other clients to help. He made sure we were up and running by the end of the business day. I cannot thank you enough, Luiz. We appreciate you and your expertise!

Their customer service is great! The app itself is good enough, but we truly appreciate that if any issues arise, they are quick to respond & very helpful.

Their customer service is exceptional - very fast, attentive, and kind (I had Beran helping me). There are lots of services and platforms out there but it's hard to get a good customer service these days. So I do appreciate them.

This app has been so great for email marketing - for someone who is not the most tech savvy, the setup is seamless and makes creating campaigns and automations a breeze. I recently had a difficult time transitioning to a custom domain, but customer service was quick and ready to help. Beran was wonderful with helping step by step to fix this issue and was so kind and patient. I’m so glad to have omnisend for my business.

It's a really easy app to use, I can build beautiful emails easily and I have a template I copy each month so it is seamless. When I needed to ask for some help with a few domain queries, Maria was amazing and I wish I'd asked earlier! She had me sorted in 5 minutes flat. Great service and wonderful app.

Update: 03.07.24 A strange issue started occuring on this app from May 19 which I reported to the Team on June 2nd. Issue as follows - Contacts from Shopify does not sync properly. Email as separate contact, phone number with my country code as separate contact, same phone number with different code (+1) as separate contact, same phone number without country code as separate contact. It's been 30 days and there has been no solution. And I already paid for July. They are blaming it on checkout customization, unfortunately there is none. Also because of this, the contact list keeps piling up and I have to pay more. But it also shows to clean up the list. Again, I have to pay for cleaning. If not cleaned, the campaigns can't be sent. I can't delete or make changes because the so called support team asked me to keep it so they can "investigate". Yet no response or resolution. Reaching out to them every 2 working days, where they assign me to different agents even on shopify ticket or say something that doesn't resolve the problem and ask for more time only. When asked about why I had to pay when I can't do anything with this app, they simply said Freeze it or cancel subscription. This can never get worse with them. PS: It's my 4th year with them and that's how they treat their customers. I recently transferred domain and migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify! And had a lot of doubts, questions, and sync issues on my account! This was smoothly resolved by the Team. They were very quick in responding as well as executing! Especially Beran from their team! I must say, he kept the thread open, followed up on the queries, and resolved it over 2 days! You are rocking team! 3years with Omnisend and counting!

I love Omnisend for my bulk emailing. Their customer service is swift and thorough as well. Sanya helped me at 1 am with something I was having trouble understanding. She responded almost instantly each time I sent her a question. She explained everything in detail with pictures to help me navigate! Customer service is a big deal to me and she definitely gets an A+!

This software is great, all basic functions are free, and it is very seller-friendly. When you encounter a problem, the customer service responds promptly and will help you solve the problem comprehensively, which is great. I would like to give special praise to customer service Dilara, she is really great.
