I found Omnisend very intuitive and user friendly. The customer support is also excellent, and I was given support from Matija who resolved my issue within 10 minutes. Would recommend

I looked at every option out there for email marketing on Shopify. Plus they made me a customized pricing deal based on how my particular business works which was amazing and I'm very grateful for it! And so I believe I made the right choice with Omnisend after only a few weeks now. It's not that easy to master right away like anything good it takes time & effort on your part too but the potential of this app is so powerful I just know it's going to be worth it for sure in the end. Still you can keep it as simple or as complex as you want for the automations and forms. I prefer something very unique & fun with a lot of gifs to keep my customers entertained so things are moving a bit slower as I refine my more complex ideas together step by step. Omnisend has a lot of learning info to share with you and the learning curve was a bit slow for me to be honest but over all so far I'm really pleased with everything to date basically. And there were a few hick ups along the way here or there but each time these were solved in a reasonable amount of time by the superb Omnisend Support Team they are fire! Really everyone here has been friendly, helpful and professional. Especially Karine lately though who happens to be up at the same time as me but on opposite sides of the globe so she helps me a lot. But again many thanks to all of the hard working Omnisend Support Team (including a special shout out to Joy, Augustin, Diego, Stephan, Sanya & Deniz)!!!

Karine “For The Win” & Barruth “The Truth”!!!! She has been absolutely amazing!!! I tried on my own to get my domain info imputed correctly then I finally contacted support. She was so amazing but I was so tired at that point because I was working on it on my own for so long. She broke it down how I needed to input everything and where but I wasn't getting it. She still remained calmed and tried to assist me every step of the way. This morning, I received a message from her following up. That made me feel so good that she took time to check on my progress. Now that I was refreshed from last night, everything that she was telling me to do last night made a lot of sense today. I So, I had to reach out again but Karine’s shift ended and Barruth helped me. He was quick and straightforward, very nice, and got me taken care!! He also, went over and beyond to help me and I’m so grateful!! I’m switching to the paid plan be cause why not? Customer service is top tier!! Thank you Karine & Barruth for going above and beyond!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are new to Omnisend and so far the experience has been great. The layout of their tools is easy to use and the how-to content is great. I had multiple questions over the past few days and the online chat option has been phenomenal in getting our concerns addressed. Customer service has been very prompt and helpful. Luiz. Karine and others have been awesome!

A website guru, I am NOT! I had no choice but to switch email platforms, and I dreaded the mere idea of doing that! But it is such a comfort to know that I can receive prompt and valuable customer support from Omnisend! I haven't felt totally lost because Karine has been so supportive! I am confident that I will receive great guidance when I reach out again! Karine has been very patient with my questions and very clear with her guidance and suggestions! Thanks Karine!!! We had some issues with account setup on our end, but Luiz and Deniz were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Super easy app to use & integrates very well!

Very happy with Omnisend. I tried a few email apps but settled with Ominisend in the end. The customer service is great and the app is just improving all the time.

I absolutely do not understand the whole technical side of email marketing but Deniz was so open and helpful every step of the way! He is very friendly, responsive and was able to answer my billion questions patiently without making me feel annoying :) Thanks so much.

The main aspect I love about omnisend is the customer support! I switched to them from Klaviyo and they run circles around them from price to features to service. I'm extremely happy. Each time I want to know something, even if it's just how to keep increasing my clicks and sales, they have been super helpful. They provide articles, and visuals to help me win. My email sales have increased each month just because they have helped me with resources and I try new and different things.

I'm new to this app but so far the experience has been fairly seamless. I'd love to see a bit more accessible UI (you can't see font options without clicking them and the examples in the layout builder are itty bitty and hard to see at some points), but I was very pleasantly surprised by how simple everything was to build otherwise. When I ran into a question I couldn't find an answer to via Google, I contacted the support team and was helped by Matija, who quickly sent me a screen capture with step by step instructions. Super helpful, super courteous, and super convenient.
