I contacted the support : Agustin and Deniz were a ten out to ten ! I also like to use Omnisend, a lot of features are pretty useful and interesting. I would have had the ability to create a survey without asking the emails of my users. If you want to add new templates

I downloaded klaviyo at first cause everyone about it in all the youtube videos and articles. But honestly it was very annoying to use and super not user friendly. I then tried omnisend and basically fixed all the annoying things about klaviyo. I just wish they have more pop up templates. Customer support is decently quick and super super helpful. I got a screen recording mini tutorial just for my question, amazing. Big thank you to Salma she's from customer support she's the reason im writing this review.

Omnisend has been one of our best partners with Monika as a really helpful and supportive account manager. Very flexible pricing plans and the recent automations have really helped us a lot. Versus competitors this is the cheapest if you want to send unlimited emails.

We recently discovered when chatting to a customer that they didn't receive our latest SMS. Upon further checking, they didn't receive the last 9 SMS either, neither did most of our US customers. There was no notification of this within Omnisend, I had to check the customer record to see the SMS has failed. I guess it's in Omnisend's interest to keep the fees and not alert customers when their SMSs aren't delivered. Checking in with customer service, so far the only explanation I've been given is that we haven't verified our number. This is despite a) 9 of the 10 failed messages were before the date verification was required, b) we have never hit the limit set by number verification. Currently I keep getting the same answer from customer service whose only line seems to be to ask us to verify our number. I will keep pressing. Further investigation has revealed most emails end up in the spam folder too. What are we paying for here? At this rate I'll be asking for a full refund!

Just downloaded and set up. It's great, simple and user friendly. Great pre build templates to select from, which give option to customise each. Perfect branding personalisation, it's simple but effective. Allows for more brand effective representation ability. Also like the idea you can also submit ideas on more templates...

Another great experience. Plenty of hand holding and expert advice from Diego today while trying to verify my domain. Thank you so much! I literally couldn't have done it without you. So far so good! Just signed up. I had one little question so got on the chat and received an answer back from the lovely Baarath super quick. Then a follow up message to make sure I got the answer I was after and did I need anything further. I'm looking forward to properly getting started but I am so impressed with their customer support that I can't see there being any problems at all. It's a welcome change! Thanks!

I recently had a terrible experience with this service. To make matters worse, they don't even have a phone number to call for help! When I tried to get assistance through their online chat, the operator was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I am extremely disappointed with this service and would not recommend it to anyone.

I am new to Omnisend and transitioning from a few other apps- this can be an overwhelming task especially in the middle of busy season. Marketing is daunting on it's own for small business owners and I had QUESTIONS! Kamilia was patient, kind and answered everything in detail while providing more than i asked for. The app itself seems to be well designed and I look forward to exploring it more. So far so good, top notch customer service is something that I look for because sometimes you just need a person to help, not a bot.

We had a problem with some emails and credit, but with the helpful staff and support 24/7 they helped us and fixed the issue within 48h! Thanks to Matija for helping us and getting all our questions answered. Keep the good work and a good customer service.

They offered a free plan with 500 e-mails per month. That's what we needed. Then, they started charging me more and more every month based on the number of subscribers, regardless if they are active or not. When I complained about it, they told me to remove the subscribers even though we were not shooting any e-mails to them. That's shady. Even though we were paying, we couldn't remove their logo from the e-mails. They're always forcing you to upgrade and once you're in, the next plan goes from $50 to $80! The plans you get on Shopify are gone! UPDATE: This response is just BS. Your policy is not clear. You offered me a plan with 60k email per month and it doesn't show anything about the number of subscribers. I should be charged by the number of emails sent, not by the number of subscribers in my list. I had to pay for all subscribers even tho we shoot less than 100 emails.
