This app works very well. You can closely contact with your customers to form remarketing. It helps very much in the turnover of the website. At the same time, thank you very much for sanya's patience to explain, solve a lot of operational problems.

We have been using Omnisend for years now for our ecommerce store. We are very pleased with the email design, segmentation, automation capabilities and what's more they also have an excellent customer service. Most recently I needed to reach out to their customer support team regarding a new form I was building and Maria was an absolute superstar to answer all my questions in no time.

I have been using this app for a long long time now, I pay top $ for it, It does it's job but man the customer support is TERRIBLE!!!!!!! If I get AUGUSTIN one more time, I cannot do this anymore. Terrible terrible terrible support for a $500 app!!!!

I've always been a little bit overwhelmed by email softwares. I'm getting myself more involved with my email campaigns and so far, OmniSend delivers on it's promises. The real fear is to hit the Send button... but that's not their fault. It's my own insecurities. I recently had to contact support because one of my forms was not saving properly and got excellent support from Didem. My form was missing an essential block and it got solved hands on. Potential to be a great service but the pricing structure is disgusting. To increase the price (in our case £60 to £152.40 per month) irrespective of how many emails are sent is quite underhand and they obviously now it. We don't want to bombard our customers so are often paying this amount to send one or two emails a month. Yes, we could possibly avoid some increases by constantly messing around with our email list, but why? Surely it would be better to charge for the amount of emails sent instead of how many people are on your email list?

I absolutely love Omnisend! The integration with Shopify makes managing emails for my online store seamless and efficient. Additionally, Karine's assistance was invaluable in setting up the app and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend for any ecommerce business.

Omnisend has been a great, straightforward, and very effective tool from day one. Integrates seamlessly, features are powerful and easy to use, and, above all, their support team is impeccable. My last request was resolved in less than a minute by Maria, and it was a particularly technical question. Highly recommend!

Omnisend is to me the best email marketing tool. I've used four so far, and Omnisend is definitely my favourite. It is user friendly, has features that were missing from tools I previously used (like sending an individual computer generated discount code to new subscribers), and my opening rates are higher. (This is also due to me writing better emails I'm sure, but I I truly believe that Omnisend helps). There is also a great support team there to answer any question you may have.

I contacted regarding setting up my email double opt-in. In relation to that, they even kindly recorded how to set it up, so I was able to process it quickly. It was a really helpful and memorable support.
