Just used support for the first time and was amazed by how quickly I got an answer and how objective and to the point Baarath was. He immediatelly understood my problem, gave me the right advice and in no time my questions were answered an I was good to go. I needed help to get my domain signed with Omnisend and got it done in less than 15 minutes with Baarath's help.

SO much better than other platforms I have used in the past. We switched to Omnisend Feb of 2023 and our email sales and open rates have gone up exponentially. Super user friendly, quick & helpful customer service. I do wish that you got more reporting features/metrics in the basic version without having to upgrade to pro but overall very satisfied!

It ain't pretty, but it works. Super good segmenting, reporting, campaigns, and automations. It's not as elegant looking as Drip, but it' actually better. I tried both, and canceled Drip. Solid.

Absolutely nice app, A lot to do in the free plan, I did a lot with it till now e mai campaigns and pop ups and works like a charm for me. To compare between other apps i had worked with this one the most easiest and non complicated one and till now i don’t have any limitations with using it

Highly recommend Omnisend, it's easy to use and the help team are fantastic. The templates are great and easy to use. The automations are straight forward too.

I got this app because I was hoping it would offer real time reup reminder emails for consumables ( you should need another about now), sent at precise periods following purchase. (I was offered custom programming options for this running in the lots of hundreds of dollars.) It can. It does. But after learning how to do batch files in DOS 3.3 some 40 years ago my computer skills have waned. Thus, it was frustrating learning how to get this wrench to fit my socket. The support department, including Karine, Deniz, Kayque, Beran, and perhaps a few more, were more than up to the task. Once I got them to understand what means step-by-step instructions I was off and running.

Expensive or unexpected costs when downgrading to another plan they still charge you for. Thanks, Omnisend but switching to another marketing email allows you to set up SMS marketing without asking a lot of questions or hidden costs like Omnisend

We love Omnisend as a team. They give us the ability to use emails in an appropriate way. Sıla is the most comprehensive support member, thank you so much for their support to e-commerce stores. Omnisend is our only choice :)

stay away from this app. After you put your credit card, there is no way to get rid of it. You can not uninstall. After you install it, there is no way to uninstall. So, just stay away ! They just inform you the price is bigger, and there is nothing you can do. Paymnets will be made automatically.

Definitely my favorite email marketing app and I've tried Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Privyy, Beehive, you name it. Easy to use and gets results everytime. Also their support team is amazing.

I have a newer shop, but Omnisend was one of the first apps that I added to my store and it has been incredible. The selection of automation they have is incredible, but nowhere near as good as their support team. They are so fast to respond, always available and have been extremely helpful with every question I have had. There hasn't been a single question left unanswered. Huge thanks to everyone on their support team that has helped me, Sanya, Dilara, Diego and Deniz! All amazing and went above and beyond. Grateful to have this tool to assist my business.

I tried multiple email apps before and Omnisend is the best. The support team is fantastic and their rate is more affordable than other comparable apps. They have all of the necessary features needed and creating email newsletters is easy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic app. Really easy to get started and fantastic-looking templates to start with. Support is great. Karine from the Omnisend support team was super responsive and provide the exact info I needed to help with my first campaign.
