Super great service and fast. They even provided me with a personalised video resolving my particular issue. I got pretty impressed by that! I have been working with many services but this exceeded my expectations. Thanks for your hard work!! Keep it up!!

Omnisend is a superb app. Incredibly flexible and complete. Their support is stellar! My account was hacked and Maria helped me gain control of it immediately. Thank you, Maria! --- months later, once again Omnisend came through with more stellar support. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Thank you, Sila! ---months later again, Thank you Mathías & Johnny for answering my questions about workflows.

We are a company that uses Omnisendi in Turkey. It helps us a lot in sending e-mails to our customers or gaining new subscribers. Thanks to Mr. Deniz, who is in the Support team, we can implement many workflows and automation in case of problems we experience. This is the best e-mail application available on Shopify.

Amazing app with the best support team when you need it, Baarath was very patient, responsive, and helpful with my issue. I love how responsive the chat inbox is and I have no issues with creating campaigns, pop-ups and even integrating Omnisend with other apps that are also integrated through my store to increase optimization. Nothing but happy about my experience thus far.

Customer service was excellent when I had problems setting up my marketing! Beran is the best. He walked me right on through the process taking his time. I never felt rushed. Can we request our support people? Because Beran is my guy! (SMILE)

I've just started using Omnisend as a marketing tool. I had issues with my subscriber pop up. Not knowing at the time it was due to operator error. I love that Onmisend has 24/7 chat support. They were very responsive. Kayque was especially helpful and patient with helping me. It was a positive experience. Thank you!

I left Klaviyo because it was too complicated and expensive. Omnisend has simplified the somewhat arduous task of being successful at email campaigns and presents it in a seamless package that works perfectly inside of Shopify. I’m extremely pleased with the templates and ease of use.

This app is very underrated, help me generate thousands so far and the support team is amazing. Beran helped me out with all questions I had and even adjusted files for me since I didn't know how to do it. Amazing team & amazing app!
