I love using Omnisend, because they have great customer support! Luiz helped me very quickly today. Their user interface is really easy to use, so it makes sending emails enjoyable. I don't have to spend time learning a complicated website, because it's so clean and straight forward to begin with. I feel like Omnisend isn't as well known as other email marketing websites, but its quite the hidden gem and deserves more recognition.

Excellent support from Beran and Luiz on team. Both were very supportive, efficient & patient and replied almost immediately to all my queries. I have installed this app 1 week back, currently in free version and exploring all its features. Its very simple and easy to use all-in-one app. It covers all the features needed for marketing purposes-email as well as sms. I really love the popups within the app, as they are mobile responsive. (Was struggling to find an app with mobile responsive exit intent popups). Also their app settings provided me with the flexibility I needed with my popups and it works great. To conclude, good app for a reasonable rate. Thanks for your support Omnisend team and I wish that in future you will continue with this good work.

I love this app and the wonderful service. The most attractive function is the Live View activities, I can analyze the customers' data easily.

We are very happy with our use of Omnisend for 2 years for our marketing automation emails and other campaigns, we prefer the interface more than the other big competitor for email marketing - you probably know which we have in mind. Karine from support was very quick and helpful, when we had questions.

i love Augustin, he is SUCH a pleasure and hardworker. Everytime I have a question, he always resolves my problem swiftly and directs me to the right path. I am not very technical but he always manages to explain things in simple language that I can understand and implement. The platform is great, ive been using it for years. It does the job if you dont have technical background and want to keep things efficient and simple.

Baarath was very quick and helpful to resolve an issue I had sending an email campaign. The issue was resolved within minutes. Wonderful customer service and a wonderful platform to build and send emails to your customers! It's easy to use and has very nice layouts.

Their "award winning" support is absolutely terrible. Their new review functionality is creating fake contacts and they have zero solutions, but charged my account for over 1,100 additional contacts that aren't real people because of how their system is processing the new reviews import. For email marketing, the app is nice, but their support and failures with the reviews roll-out makes me want to find something else.

First, I think the Omnisend platform is robust and easy to use. I especially appreciate that what I design on the backend is generally what I see in the emails. Second, the customer service is outstanding. I spoke with Eduarda, Agustin, and Maria -- and all of them were great. Agustin, in particular, was very responsive. This company truly wants to be great, and it shows. Highly recommend!
