I recently started using Omnisend and encountered some self inflicted issues. However, Omnisend's support responded quickly and helped me find my way through the learning curve. Very responsive and helpful. Highly Recommend

Omnisend is great. Cheaper than other Email Marketing platforms and really like the interface in comparison to Klayvio etc. Shoutout to our account manager Monika who is always on hand to answer any questions and help out where needed :)

Seems they have a lot of "good reviews", most likely all of those are fake. Would not recommend using.

Our billing is based on the number of billable contacts, which includes both subscribers and non-subscribers. We do not charge you for unsolicited contacts. Please keep in mind that you can send marketing campaigns to all of your subscribers; we do not limit the number of consented contacts who can receive your promotional messages unless you choose the contact reach yourself. Keep in mind that, depending on the automation purpose, our automated workflows can send messages to contacts with varying subscription statuses. When combined with our Campaigns feature, this significantly expands your reach. The support team is always one of the best SAAS customer support teams I have dealt with! They respond quickly and will work with you; supplying screen recordings/screen shots to aid in discussion. Additionally, they are always working their best to create a solution to your need. I was adding a 3rd website to their platform and ran into some challenges with their pricing due to the way the third website was set up/grew overtime. Kamilia added my account to a new BETA pricing model that better aligned with our business needs, permitting us to cost effectively migrate to Omnisend for this storefront. If you have not tried Omnisend I would suggest you give it a try! Their pricing is really good especially if you're looking to grow/target SMS. Additionally, you can see a lot of foundational work being done on the platform that is going to upgrade it from its already solid state to a future knockout!!!

Love this app - super user friendly, tons of capability and easy to integrate segments into advertising. You can make it as simple or complex as you want. Customer support is always very thorough and helpful as well!

I Paused my store and relaunched under an entirely different brand. The app no longer tracks all visitor activity, just selective activity of returning/ known customers. In that sense, its not helpful in antialiasing product potential or begin able to dispute if an information page(return and shipment policies)was viewed. Uninstalling and will continue to look for an app that that tracks all activity on the site
