I take great pride in firing this BS company because they do not care about their customers enough to offer telephone support for basic account setup issues such as Custom Domain Setup. Instead, they push you off on your DNS provider, which is sleazy. Shame on you, Omnisend! Shopify is no better. Their chat agents need to be better trained in such matters.
Hello! Thank you for leaving a review; it is highly appreciated. We are sorry you have faced some difficulties with the Domain sign option. As we can see, you already had your custom domain signed with another app you used previously, and this app also used the same provider as Omnisend; hence this domain was already present in the system. It is impossible to add domain to your Omnisend account since it currently exists on a different account within Mailgun system. Therefore additional verification was needed. The issue was resolved, and you added the domain to your account. Sorry again for any troubles you have faced and thank you for your feedback.

So far, excellent. I'm not particularly techie, especially when it comes to email campaigns but I am managing to get set up. The platform is full of useful features and the customer service is second to none. Shout out to Agustin, who willingly helped me through an issue that had most likely been caused by me in the first place. Looking forward to getting more granular with a personalised approach which Ominsend is clearly capable of. Thank you, Agustin and the team. March 23: Additional shout out to Matija who was super quick on a technical query which was handled swiftly and thoroughly. Importantly the instructions given were easy for me to understand too - after spending so much time researching various campaign platforms - now I am thinking, why would you not choose Omnisend

Seems they have a lot of "good reviews", most likely all of those are fake. Installation and setting everything up is seemingly easy, but at least in our Abandoned Cart flow, we encountered lots of bugs. Issues with Omnisend: - Emails go out at random times and the delay set between the emails is completely useless. For example an email that was supposed to go out 15 minutes after the abandoned cart, arrived in the inbox 8 hours later. - At times the emails did not arrive at all, not even in the spam folder. This was not a setting issue. - Worst part was that the final test we did with a completely new email, duplicate amount of emails were sent. Of course hours later once again, and then again 9 hours later. - The discount code they generate does not seem to be automatically applied in the checkout. ...Did not investigate this further as the app proved to be useless, we are not even going to bother with support, they too did not reply as the recommended time frame. All of this set us back 2 days. Would not recommend using.

We will provide some info here as well, but please note that in order to investigate this case, we would need some examples of such cases (with their emails): - There are few reasons for the issue with delay, it could be related to a contact who comes and updates their cart a few times, or it could be an editing workflow case; - This issue would be better to investigate with our team and we would appreciate if you could provide an example of such case; - Most likely related to frequency settings in the workflow and can be easily fixed by enabling this option; - Shopify generates discount codes, Omnisend only sync them and adds to the email, in order to automatically add a discount code to the checkout page, you need to enable this option in discount settings when customizing your email. Again, we are sorry for the issues you have faced, and we would be more than glad to assist you in our in-app chat or by email. We have been using the app for a few years now and are very happy with it. There are constant improvements to the app that gives us flexibility to communicate our message to our community. The customer service is the best, quick and always efficient. Matija is the best and follows up closely. Very happy overall!

I've been slowly setting up and learning how to use omnisend and shopify. This is my first store and I had no issues with setting up omnisend. Before today if you had asked me, I would have recommended you to check out omnisend as an option. But today I was blown away with how quickly Olesia at omnisend resolved an issue for me and now I would highly recommend you sign up with Omnisend. If there is ever an issue with your account, Omnisend will help resolve it very quickly and only delay is you getting in touch with them. I delayed 2-3days dreading the process but my issue was resolved in an hour or two. Thank you once again Olesia!

We absolutely love Omnisend. They have a wide range of capabilities that allows our store to connect with our audience, make different offers to them with a highly intuitive email builder, and be able to market through outside app integrations easily. The ICING on top is the amazing service and tech support. We always receive a quick response and any troubleshooting resolved. A special thanks to Luiz and Kamilia!

nice app and nice customer support. I use Omnisend from Klaviyo. monthly cost is cheap and 24hours support is very nice. I've been fan in only 3days. at first, mail system was paused many times that was so annoying. but now I'm satisfied with them. i recommend.

Omnisend is a solid email platform for the price. They're constantly adding new features and the support team is generally really helpful (shout out to Luiz!).

I actually just downloaded the app and am really blown away by how much it can do . . . and for now, I'm on the free plan. I had some questions and the chat support was quick and helpful. I am really looking forward to how much more I can discover in this wonderful app!
