I recently signed up for Omnisend after being frustrated with Klaviyo. Now, I'm not throwing shade, but as a novice and not tech-savvy, the learning curve for Kalviyo was just too steep for me. Since on Omnisend, I've created email campaigns, segments, several forms, and a few automation, YAY! Their customer service is also great. I recently worked with Agustin and Luiz who helped me create a particular automation that was challenging for me. Best of all, as a small business owner with a budding email list, and trying to keep my costs down, the pricing structure fits my pocketbook. I will definitely recommend Omnisend to small business owners.

I have been using Omnisend for a couple of years now. It was a mistake not to leave a review earlier because I am extremely satisfied with this app. It is really easy to use, and now they have a new feature to clean up bad emails. The customer service at Omnisend is the best. I have never encountered any issues, and Baarath always responds promptly to my inquiries or provides clear instructions when I come across any problems. All I can say is that I highly recommend this app for campaigns, emails, capturing emails, and more.

Great app, very helpful staff. I haven't been able to use all the features yet, and it doesn't have sms campaign in Canada, the email marketing tools are super easy to use with a lot of templates and elements.

I just receive amazing customer from Olesia at Omnisend and I'm super impressed with her knowledge, courteousness and patience. She walked me step-by-step through the set up and troubleshooting of a form and follow up sequences until everything tested 100% correctly. As far as the app itself goes, it's been a very pleasant experience up to this point. I can tell everything was thought out thoroughly and it's very intuitive. Keep up the good work, Omnisend! Easy to use interface with a very helpful customer service team. Salma helped me get the help I need within minutes and was very helpful with her instructions. Omnisend Support Team usually replies chats very quickly and provide a step-by-step instruction guide. Good job Salma!

We are new to Omnisend. So far so good! there are certain things that could be improved/easier. But, we are a new small business and navigating takes practice and time. Customer service is prompt to help. Shout out to Karine as she was a great help.

Omnisend is a great alternative to our email marketing platform. It's very user-friendly to create emails and automated emails. The support team gets back to you in a very timely manner and is very helpful. I Would definitely recommend it!

I just started using this app. I haven't watched the onboarding or any tutorials yet. Just had to jump into it and get an email out the night before a big summer sale.
