Andres from Omnisend support was super helpful. He helped me transfer my customers who subscribed from shopify to omnisend. Now I feel like I can create my welcome email flows for new customers! Excited to get started! ;)

Karine just helped me out with a problem I was having with Omnisend. It wasn't a problem with the software, it was just my understanding. Great service, thank you! UPDATE: I have been speaking with Luiz today and the support is absolutely amazing, the best I've had from any software vendor that I can remember, and I work in IT so have experience of many. Thank you Luiz, you're the best! UPDATE: I spoke with Didem about a question I had about billing and usage, and she was very friendly and helpful, thank you!!

Customer service has been outstanding since the beginning! Karine has helped me most recently and was able to solve my issue right away. Omnisend is perfect for small businesses starting out, their plans are affordable with the tools and analytics that they offer. Highfive, Omnisend!

A horrible customer service experience. Worked on an Email template for over 2 hours and after activating the same, the template got reset (twice). Contacted the customer service who kept me waiting for half hour only to get a reply that it will take them 48 hours to check on the issue if this can be fixed. What is worst is that they assign staff based on the tier of the customer you are which is quite bias already. If this review doesn’t get updated, most likely I switched to Klavio.

I've been using Omnisend for a few months. I had previously been with Klaviyo but someone in a group I'm in highly recommended Omnisend for it's ease of use. Since I am a small one person business and didn't need all of the fancy stuff that Klaviyo has, I decided to switch. I've been very happy with Omnisend because it has a nice clean dashboard and interface, the forms and automations are easy to set up, my email campaigns are super easy and the customer service is very nice and helpful. Today Kayque answered a question I had about pop-ups which I appreciated. My email list is finally growing too which didn't happen as quickly on other platforms. This is the 5th email provider that I've used and I think it is the best one for me and I highly recommend it!

Since using Omnisend for marketing my new online store i have found the app to be absolutely brilliant! It is very easy to use (although I am still learning) and very easy to navigate the different automations available to make the day to day running of my business less stressful! Their customer service is excellent! I had a domain sender issue that Karina & Olesia took care off speedily via their online chat service! THANK YOU KARINA & OLESIA - Your assistance was greatly appreciated! This app comes highly recommended for ease of use / functionality / customer service and being a great tool to upscale your business.

Omnisend has been so amazing in all of their customer service aspects. Every single time I have reached out, and it's been many, they have responded with quick and efficient answers. I would like to express my gratitude to Sanya, Joy, and the entire dedicated staff who have provided me with valuable assistance and support in the past. The template used for this application has proven to be highly beneficial, although there are certain areas that require further enhancements. Furthermore, the pricing structure appears to be somewhat ambiguous, necessitating specific inquiries regarding all price calculations, particularly in cases where a significant number of subscribers is involved.

I've tried some other email marketing tools, especially the ones that are automatically available in a Shopify account, but most of them were too hard to understand and get used to. I settled on Omnisend, since I had a professional recommendation, and it's super easy to use. Unfortunately, there are some features that cannot be customised, such as automatic response emails that are part of the system and not necessarily part of your own automations. But other than that, I have no complaints! The customer support, which is a BIG selling point to me, is fantastic! I was lucky enough to be helped by Salma, who was quick to respond and really gave me reassuring responses and helpful resources. She was honest about the point mentioned above, and I really appreciated that. I can definitely recommend this app based on convenience, ease of use, easy integration, and excellent customer support.

I recently signed up for Omnisend after being frustrated with Klaviyo. Now, I'm not throwing shade, but as a novice and not tech-savvy, the learning curve for Kalviyo was just too steep for me. Since on Omnisend, I've created email campaigns, segments, several forms, and a few automation, YAY! Their customer service is also great. I recently worked with Agustin and Luiz who helped me create a particular automation that was challenging for me. Best of all, as a small business owner with a budding email list, and trying to keep my costs down, the pricing structure fits my pocketbook. I will definitely recommend Omnisend to small business owners.

I have been using Omnisend for a couple of years now. It was a mistake not to leave a review earlier because I am extremely satisfied with this app. It is really easy to use, and now they have a new feature to clean up bad emails. The customer service at Omnisend is the best. I have never encountered any issues, and Baarath always responds promptly to my inquiries or provides clear instructions when I come across any problems. All I can say is that I highly recommend this app for campaigns, emails, capturing emails, and more.
