Great app and great customer service!
Omnisend has great customer service. Salma was really helpful in answering my queries and solving my problem.
I've been happily using Omnisend for the last few years and although there's been some price changes it still continues to perform how I need it to. Further to that, their customer service is excellent, all the team members including Beran and Karine and have been very supportive and helpful ensuring my problems were resolved, thank you.
Beran was amazing with helping me. Even sent me a loom so I could understand better. Great app. So much better than Klaviyo. Digging the new flyout and push notifications.
Great app that handles it all! The team is phenomenal and always makes sure any issues are handled quickly and efficiency. Beran is great and extremely knowledgeable and also happy to suggest ways to improve our use of their systems/products. Thank you for always making things simple and easy to understand.

Maria and Karine were amazing helping to resolve my issue. They are extremely patient and polite. They even recorded video to show me the steps. Basically they wouldn't give up until I got what I wanted. Five star service!
ive used omnisend for years.. had to take a pause because of my illness.. just to come back and find theyve deleted EVERYTHING.. i worked over 10 years to build that list.. and they cant even show some emphaty.. dont trust this company with your lifes work. also they said theyve sent multiple warning emails.. i checked, doublechecked.. triplechecked.. no emails at all, last email is from support. so if you dont use the account for 6 months.. whatever happens.. all your hard work will be deleted. ILL NEVER COME BACK YOU RUINED MY LIFE. and not having a backup is even worse for a company like yours, that i spent a lot of money on.

I think Omnisend is the smothest platform to deal with in the sms and email world, and their 24/7 chat team is very helpful as well. My assistant was Karine, she helped me resolve my problem when I thought there was no way.

Sanya was the greatest customer service experience I have ever had. Even through me wanting to give up on my problem, she stuck it through and really helped me out. Something that takes days for other people having to go through shopify support etc.. Sanya helped me solve in 5 minutes, EVEN LESS!! thank you so much Sanya!
