Switched from MailerLite to Omnisend and so far, so good. Had a little trouble in setting up (e.g. CSV file upload not working or some issues with automation set-up). But the team is on point and always here to help, quick response times. Thanks Salma for sorting out the issue with the automation for us!

Unglaublich Lange Ladezeiten! Fehlerhafte Funktionen! Ich bin in letzter Zeit Sehr unzufrieden mit dem Support. Lange Wartezeiten auf Rückmeldungen und dann kommen antworten , mit denen man nichts anfangen kann. Bei diesen überteuerten Preise der App, erwartet man wenigstens einen besseren Support. Aktuell bin ich sehr unzufrieden und kann Omnisend nicht weiterempfehlen!

Omnisend is so easy to get set up and use. Don't how to do something? They have detailed and easy to follow & find resources on EVERYTHING. Still confused? Their chat support is quick and very helpful. Luiz was able to me answer questions and get flows launched fast. This was a great experience compared to the previous platform we used and eventually left for the exact opposite reasons. Olesia from Omnisend is also so helpful and ensure we were set up for success :)

I referred this app to 4000+ students and they had the nerve to deactivate my account when I have been using them for years and had a solid email list and when I contacted them they said the compliance team has decided they do not want to do business with me and has the right to not discuss why. My store was a christian store with two fasting and praying journals on it. If you ask me it sounds like they are being religious because I literally have not done anything wrong. I feel scammed after vouching this app to thousands of people and lost my entire email list after all of my hard work.

I recently started using Omnisend, and I must say, this app is truly impressive! Not only does it offer a wide range of features that make managing my marketing campaigns a breeze, but the support team is also top-notch. I've had the pleasure of working with both Andrés and Beran, they provided me with outstanding support. Omnisend has definitely earned a 5-star rating from me, and I can't recommend it highly enough. I had a very minor issue, but needed customer service and Olesia at Omnisend did a fantastic job. The wait time was short and she was super patient and helpful and quickly resolved the problem 100%. Great customer service is so important and Omnisend has that! Thank you.

I am not very happy, very bad first impression of Omnisend. Downloaded app 5 days ago. Process was pretty easy in the beginning to set up but then I hit a wall by not being able to verify my domain. It's been 5 days yet nobody has helped me solve this problem, my business has been unable to send out marketing campaigns and it's been 12 hours since I last spoke with someone in customer service who basically ignored me. Terrible way to start things and it's hurting my business.

Absolutely loving Omni Send! We recently switched from another provider and couldn't be more pleased with the decision. The user experience is fabulous and the support is second to none. There has been a few kinks getting the ball rolling which is natural when migrating and the team have been nothing but supportive.
