I have just started playing around with Omnisend and so far really like it. I had a couple problems (that ended up being so simple) at the start and customer service was incredible, Karine was so helpful.

Excellent app! I use it for all my email newsletters and automations. They are very helpful and answer within 5 minutes when you need them!

LOVE this app!! Very user friendly and easy to navigate. When I had a problem understanding how to integrate discounts, Deniz was able to assist me without delay and came to my rescue when I needed help. My problem was addressed and solved within about 10 minutes of my reaching out. Customer service is top-notch and I am confident that any future questions will be answered immediately. Thank you, Deniz!!

I have tried other email marketing apps both for my own site and other companies and this has been by far my favorite because it does so many things and is so easy to use. Other apps do not have the same features and some of them added a lot of unused javascript on my site which was slowing it down tremendously. Karine was a huge help when I was having an issue setting something up. I was able to fix it quickly. I definitely recommend Omnisend, anything other app is just a waste of time.

The amazing support of Omnisend and the professionality of Matija has convinced me to use Omnisend and to shift to a payable abo later on. I have tried many apps but nothing works better than omnisend and the 24/7 support is amazing also during the free trial.

We've been helped by Blayne and Luiz and they're both so great! We always receive responses very quickly and they always work quickly to find us helpful answers (even to hyperspecific questions). We love Omnisend so much especially after transitioning from another email platform, it's extremely intuitive and they always take suggestions for further developments into consideration.
