Absolutely loving Omni Send! We recently switched from another provider and couldn't be more pleased with the decision. The user experience is fabulous and the support is second to none. There has been a few kinks getting the ball rolling which is natural when migrating and the team have been nothing but supportive. Special thanks to Matija who has been very helpful, communicative and delivers top class customer support!

Tut genau was es soll und das sehr verständlich. Der Support ist sehr gut erreichbar wenn Fragen auftauchen (Danke an Karine). Bisher kann ich Omnisend zu 100% empfehlen.

Omnisend has been so easy to use and their support team was quickly able to answer my question. I was connected to Kayque within seconds of inquiring on their chat and I was able to solve my question in just a few minutes. Thanks again Kayque and the rest of the Omnisend team!

We've only been using this app a week or two but I've said "this is amazing" more times than I can count. The A/B testing is an incredible tool that's very accessible and has already helped us understand how to better communicate with our customers. The one thing I've been frustrated with since transitioning from Shopify Email is that I can't access the images and products saved in my store. I'd like to be able to just "insert" > "product" like I did on Shopify and have it pull from the product pages. Instead I have to download and upload my photos to Omnisend. BUT All the other features and amazing customer service (thanks Karine!) has made that minor inconvenience easily tolerable.

Andres from Omnisend support was super helpful. He helped me transfer my customers who subscribed from shopify to omnisend. Now I feel like I can create my welcome email flows for new customers! Excited to get started! ;)

Karine just helped me out with a problem I was having with Omnisend. It wasn't a problem with the software, it was just my understanding. Great service, thank you! UPDATE: I have been speaking with Luiz today and the support is absolutely amazing, the best I've had from any software vendor that I can remember, and I work in IT so have experience of many. Thank you Luiz, you're the best! UPDATE: I spoke with Didem about a question I had about billing and usage, and she was very friendly and helpful, thank you!!

Customer service has been outstanding since the beginning! Karine has helped me most recently and was able to solve my issue right away. Omnisend is perfect for small businesses starting out, their plans are affordable with the tools and analytics that they offer. Highfive, Omnisend!

A horrible customer service experience. Worked on an Email template for over 2 hours and after activating the same, the template got reset (twice). Contacted the customer service who kept me waiting for half hour only to get a reply that it will take them 48 hours to check on the issue if this can be fixed. What is worst is that they assign staff based on the tier of the customer you are which is quite bias already. If this review doesn’t get updated, most likely I switched to Klavio.

I've been using Omnisend for a few months. I had previously been with Klaviyo but someone in a group I'm in highly recommended Omnisend for it's ease of use. Since I am a small one person business and didn't need all of the fancy stuff that Klaviyo has, I decided to switch. I've been very happy with Omnisend because it has a nice clean dashboard and interface, the forms and automations are easy to set up, my email campaigns are super easy and the customer service is very nice and helpful. Today Kayque answered a question I had about pop-ups which I appreciated. My email list is finally growing too which didn't happen as quickly on other platforms. This is the 5th email provider that I've used and I think it is the best one for me and I highly recommend it!

Since using Omnisend for marketing my new online store i have found the app to be absolutely brilliant! It is very easy to use (although I am still learning) and very easy to navigate the different automations available to make the day to day running of my business less stressful! Their customer service is excellent! I had a domain sender issue that Karina & Olesia took care off speedily via their online chat service! THANK YOU KARINA & OLESIA - Your assistance was greatly appreciated! This app comes highly recommended for ease of use / functionality / customer service and being a great tool to upscale your business.

Omnisend has been so amazing in all of their customer service aspects. Every single time I have reached out, and it's been many, they have responded with quick and efficient answers. They have gone above and beyond for me, furthering research aspects to give me a full understanding of what I am trying to accomplish or have questions on.
