I have tried other email marketing apps both for my own site and other companies and this has been by far my favorite because it does so many things and is so easy to use. Other apps do not have the same features and some of them added a lot of unused javascript on my site which was slowing it down tremendously. Karine was a huge help when I was having an issue setting something up. I was able to fix it quickly. I definitely recommend Omnisend, anything other app is just a waste of time.

The amazing support of Omnisend and the professionality of Matija has convinced me to use Omnisend and to shift to a payable abo later on. I have tried many apps but nothing works better than omnisend and the 24/7 support is amazing also during the free trial.

We've been helped by Blayne and Luiz and they're both so great! We always receive responses very quickly and they always work quickly to find us helpful answers (even to hyperspecific questions). We love Omnisend so much especially after transitioning from another email platform, it's extremely intuitive and they always take suggestions for further developments into consideration.

I find Omnisend super effective email marketing and easy to use! Every time I've had a question or issue, it has been quickly resolved. There is also lots of tutorial support and it has user-friendly interface.

Omnisend will actively restrict what you do with your customer email data. Customization of segments and work flows is not possible at all.

We are switching to a different EMS only because we want a wider choice of templates, more segmentation etc, but I am finding our new EMS way too complicated for an average user like us and a small business overall, that can't afford hiring an email specialist. So, now, when we can compare, I would definitely recommend Omnisend for businesses that don't want to spend hours on figuring out simple tasks. Also, Omnisend customer service is stellar. Even when we unsubscribed from them, their customer support is exemplary. Today I had Luiz to help us out to fully unsubscribe - extremely helpful and customer oriented! I don't know of any other service who gets back to you so fast and efficient. Also, they have live chat - something hard to find these days.

I read all the reviews before making an app decision, but rarely take the time to write reviews. This app is hands down the best email marketing program I've used in 15 years. Great results, analytics, tracking, tagging. You won't be disappointed. Easy product integration, User friendly.

Big thanks to the Omnisend team and Diego who has spent hours with me tonight updating my shared domain to a custom one. This team truly is amazing and I have been with them for over a year now and they are always so helpful.

I've used it for few times and it really works the support replies are very timely and professional. The pages are clean and tidy; you can match the email style to your logo colors. It would be better if there were more templates
