Omnisend is great. Cheaper than other Email Marketing platforms and really like the interface in comparison to Klayvio etc. Shoutout to our account manager Monika who is always on hand to answer any questions and help out where needed :)

The support team is always one of the best SAAS customer support teams I have dealt with! They respond quickly and will work with you; supplying screen recordings/screen shots to aid in discussion. Additionally, they are always working their best to create a solution to your need. I was adding a 3rd website to their platform and ran into some challenges with their pricing due to the way the third website was set up/grew overtime. Kamilia added my account to a new BETA pricing model that better aligned with our business needs, permitting us to cost effectively migrate to Omnisend for this storefront. If you have not tried Omnisend I would suggest you give it a try! Their pricing is really good especially if you're looking to grow/target SMS. Additionally, you can see a lot of foundational work being done on the platform that is going to upgrade it from its already solid state to a future knockout!!!

Love this app - super user friendly, tons of capability and easy to integrate segments into advertising. You can make it as simple or complex as you want. Customer support is always very thorough and helpful as well!

I Paused my store and relaunched under an entirely different brand. The app no longer tracks all visitor activity, just selective activity of returning/ known customers. In that sense, its not helpful in antialiasing product potential or begin able to dispute if an information page(return and shipment policies)was viewed. Uninstalling and will continue to look for an app that that tracks all activity on the site

So far, excellent. I'm not particularly techie, especially when it comes to email campaigns but I am managing to get set up. The platform is full of useful features and the customer service is second to none. Shout out to Agustin, who willingly helped me through an issue that had most likely been caused by me in the first place. Looking forward to getting more granular with a personalised approach which Ominsend is clearly capable of. Thank you, Agustin and the team. March 23: Additional shout out to Matija who was super quick on a technical query which was handled swiftly and thoroughly. Importantly the instructions given were easy for me to understand too - after spending so much time researching various campaign platforms - now I am thinking, why would you not choose Omnisend As of 2025, I am still an advocate of Omnisends intuitive platform with fantastic customer service - thank you Omnisend

Seems they have a lot of "good reviews", most likely all of those are fake. Installation and setting everything up is seemingly easy, but at least in our Abandoned Cart flow, we encountered lots of bugs. Issues with Omnisend: - Emails go out at random times and the delay set between the emails is completely useless. For example an email that was supposed to go out 15 minutes after the abandoned cart, arrived in the inbox 8 hours later. - At times the emails did not arrive at all, not even in the spam folder. This was not a setting issue. - Worst part was that the final test we did with a completely new email, duplicate amount of emails were sent. Of course hours later once again, and then again 9 hours later. - The discount code they generate does not seem to be automatically applied in the checkout. ...Did not investigate this further as the app proved to be useless, we are not even going to bother with support, they too did not reply as the recommended time frame. All of this set us back 2 days. Would not recommend using.

We will provide some info here as well, but please note that in order to investigate this case, we would need some examples of such cases (with their emails): - There are few reasons for the issue with delay, it could be related to a contact who comes and updates their cart a few times, or it could be an editing workflow case; - This issue would be better to investigate with our team and we would appreciate if you could provide an example of such case; - Most likely related to frequency settings in the workflow and can be easily fixed by enabling this option; - Shopify generates discount codes, Omnisend only sync them and adds to the email, in order to automatically add a discount code to the checkout page, you need to enable this option in discount settings when customizing your email. Again, we are sorry for the issues you have faced, and we would be more than glad to assist you in our in-app chat or by email. We have been using the app for a few years now and are very happy with it. There are constant improvements to the app that gives us flexibility to communicate our message to our community. The customer service is the best, quick and always efficient. Matija is the best and follows up closely. Very happy overall!

We absolutely love Omnisend. They have a wide range of capabilities that allows our store to connect with our audience, make different offers to them with a highly intuitive email builder, and be able to market through outside app integrations easily. The ICING on top is the amazing service and tech support. We always receive a quick response and any troubleshooting resolved. A special thanks to Luiz and Kamilia!
