Was having problem with my SMS credit and was worried about my credit going through for BF. Kristina was able to assist and resolve my problem right away understanding how important this period is for small businesses.

it's hard to use for beginners, But the support & help is really amazing, Maybe if they can work on their ux, it will be amazing.

New to omnisend but the customer support has made this process a breeze. Diego was exceptional and super insightful. He literally assisted me via chat for almost 2hours and with extreme patience.

With friendly and knowledgeable customer service, they were able to solve any problem I came up with. I enjoy using Omnisend. I highly recommend it. You will make money, and it won't cost you a lot. It is really user-friendly and has a lot to offer. Without a doubt, it will help your business grow.

Omnisend is incredibly user-friendly and the customer support is AMAZING! From the demo and the chat feature, I've had help all along the way of learning the platform. Luiz helped me most recently with the learning curve of setting up and understanding certain things.

This app has been a great one for all the email marketing that needs to be done for our business. It is easy to us and definitely automates so many features which you wont find anywhere else.

I am so elated with email platform. Tears came from my eyes with how great these people deal with such small business owners like me. The customer service is amazing. I had issues with my email header and Luiz at Omnisend was so patient with me. I was able to get things together for my campaign before Black Friday. I definitely recommend this app to everyone who needs less stress and more focus on running their business.

Nikola was great today helping me with a small issue I had, all fixed really quickly! Oh and ignore the return times on Chat - I was helped within 5 mins this morning not the wait quoted at all :)

You can't choose the exact amout of credit you want for SMS you have to take their packages (which in my case was much more then needed), now if you haven't use the credits left after 2 months they're STEALING your money and credit you're back to 0$ even tho you didn't uses the credit that you paid for!

He usado esta app desde hace un par de meses, antes trabajaba con Klaviyo, sin embargo, no hay nada que envidiar. Es muy útil y fácil de manejar. Lo que más destaco, es el maravilloso servicio al cliente que tienen. Está solo en inglés pero nada que no puedas solucionar con el traductor, además es muy fácil crear flujos y campañas con la aplicación, que es para lo que más la utilizo. Mi tienda es www.ekiz.cl

We have been using Omisend for a year now on two of our Shopify stores and I am very pleased. It does the job, is value for money, and the support is great (thank you Baraath for sorting out our recent problem quickly and efficiently).

We use it and love it. Good design choices and more intuitive than other email services. And Nikola in customer service was very helpful.
