Stop looking for other tools. You will not find a better one with better designs, editor, sequences, pricing, and options. The best email marketing tool for Shopify! Viktor, founder & CEO of moonlight

Needed some assistance with segments and clearing out old emails and Andres was excellent. Helped me out and was really knowledgable. Spoke with Karine today to help me with a Sunset Policy and she was brilliant. Checked my settings for me and was super helpful.

I am so pleased with the email design layouts, and most importantly - the customer service. The app has helped me generate sales using their automated emails. It's really amazing and worth the try for any business.

I love omnisend. Very user friendly and if you don't know something their customer service is amazing. Very prompt to reply via their online chat. Would definitely recommend.

WOW!! I just left my old email platform to come to Omnisend and I'm honestly genuinely blown. I hated writing emails with my former app, this one made my creativity come back 10 fold and the customer service is amazing. I was helped my Matija and Luiz today that treated me as royalty. TAKE MY MONEY! :-) Very satisfied with everything, don't hesitate this is your platform they are amazing!!

I use it all the time! I use it for email marketing and it is very useful to be able to send regular emails or send emails automatically. There is a form for collecting emails.

Not only is it extremely easy to use there is always someone there to guide you I don't use it enough but when I do I get results.

The support team has been very helpful. We recently had a couple issues with an email and Luiz stayed with me on the chat, followed up and made sure I was happy with the resolution. They were able to resolve the problem and got back in touch in a timely manner. I appreciate Luiz and his persistence on finding answers. Thanks for the great support - Sally Cool Corks

Tolle App mit sehr eleganten und "cleanen" Newslettern. Mehr Vorlagen würden wir uns wünschen, damit wir die Gestaltung nicht immer zur Gänze selbst machen müssten. Recht rascher Support, das klappt wunderbar. Nachtrag: Diese App wurde von uns deinstalliert. Danach wurden wir mit Mails bombardiert, Antwort auf unsere Fragen kamen jedoch nie. Erst als wir uns dann hier gemeldet haben, hat sich endlich jemand bequemt. Man hat nie Mails von uns erhalten, obwohl wir alles nachweisen können. Wir hatten auch wochenlang Probleme mit der Aktualisierung unsere Kundendaten. Fazit: Eigentlich eine durchaus gute App. Aber der Support ist das Wichtigste. Wenn der nicht reibungslos klappt, dann wird es enttäuschend. Wir haben keine Zeit, wochenlang hin- und herzuschreiben oder auf Antworten zu warten. Schade. Wir glauben, dass manchmal hier Leute beim Support arbeiten, die keine Ahnung haben oder vielleicht nicht wollen.

As for the emails received regarding account deletion, such are expected as once the app is uninstalled, we remind customers that their account can be deleted after if this is not installed back or after 6 months of inactivity. The business I work for currently uses Omnisend and these folks are AMAZING! Can't express how thankful for the resources and the quality support we continue to receive. I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by SALMA, who was able to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot some minor issues I was coming across when creating automated emails & forms. My questions were kind of not the greatest because I honestly didn't know how to explain my problems at first BUT she was very kind and patient. I look forward to working with these folks if they are in any way providing me with the service Salma had! :)

I love using Omnisend as it makes it easy to manage my subscriber and get a good email marketing flow. Their recent updates have really elevate the value of this company, it's now even more user friendly and makes designing and sending emails a breeze. If you need help, there is always someone available to message you back, and I have to say that Baarath with Omnisend is a phenominal representative. He helped me check my automations and really explained how a particular set I had worked, what was needed and what steps were unnecessary. That is exactly the kind of help I look for if I ever contact customer service. Clear and detailed answers to the questions I ask. Thank you Baarath, you are an asset to you team and company. Omnisend, hire more people like him please.

Great customer support from Salma at Omnisend in setting up my SPF and DKIM records. So far the set up process has been really seamless and simple, after changing over from Mailerlite due not being able to set the SPF + DKIM up.

We made the change to Omnisend from Klaviyo when Klaviyo jacked up their pricing last year. Omnisend's feature set is not quite as robust but they do keep updating it and the chat support is much better and quicker than Klaviyo at half the price. Today, Salma and Adres helped me but every rep has been great. We're happy with the switch.
