Just started using Omnisend and so impressed so far. The interface is really intuitive, the templates are beautiful and the functionality has enough flexibility for me to achieve what I would like to without too much hassle. On top of that the support is amazing. Kristina has just helped me with an issue in under 2 minutes. Highly recommend

Great Marketing Automation solution. Good design options and customization setting. Easy to segments and create landing pages. Integrates well with Shopify. Everything without writing a single line of code. Sanya from the support team has been very helpful. Excellent service.

The online app world is crowded and it is challenging to find a solution that fits all your needs - however, the Point of Difference I ALWAYS look for is the support that is offered and Omnisend have been outstanding in that regard. Ran into a hiccup setting up a workflow for custom discount codes (in which subscribers weren't receiving an email with a promo code after signing up). Reached out to support and enter the incredible Luiz who got us sorted out immediately! (Thank you, Luiz!) I must also add that customer support for this app, in general, is stellar — they're quick to respond thoughtfully and oh-so-friendly while providing relevant help. See ya MailChimp, there's a new kid in town.

I used the free trial to try newsletter blasts as an email marketing strategy. Unfortunately, I think my subscriber base of 1,000 is too small to get an ROI from it. So I downgraded to the free plan because it has been pretty helpful in getting new subscribers. I may try the paid plan again in future when I have about 5,000 subscribers. No harm for you to just get the free plan first and help you build up your subscriber base.

This app has been helpful in getting my marketing started. The team behind the app is very attentive and always quick to respond. Haven't had an issue yet that they haven't solved.

I think most of these reviews are fake... what is the point in accumulating subscribers if you can't reach out to them in a timely fashion. The last time we sent out a campaign it was a year ago.. even then we got "Paused". We needed that email to go out at a particular time of day, and now that is not going to happen. Their customer service is worse, "we will get back to you in a few hours", this is early morning business hours. I advice find some other solution. After the email was finally sent out I got a "Warning" letter stating that too many got flagged as spam and our campaigns might get paused... according to their own report 12 out of 11273 reported spam, that is 1 in 833 recipients !!

Please note, however, that a long pause in sending to your list is one of the triggers for a campaign verification. The reason for this is that over extended time periods, such as a year, a contact list may accumulate a substantial number of invalid emails, as your clients' inboxes may get filled or inactive. The condition stated may result in a rise in campaign bounce rates. These bounces dramatically harm your sender reputation, resulting in varied degrees of deliverability issues. For the purpose of protecting your sender reputation, the campaign verification enables us to examine a subset of your mailing list to establish how many bad emails are present in it. To avoid triggering the campaign verification, we recommend sending a campaign at least once every two to three weeks. Also, our support team takes pride in their response time; according to the log of your last chat with us, our support agent responded to you 6 minutes after you filed your query. We will use your feedback to enhance both the product and the customer support team. Have a wonderful day!

By far the best email marketing company I have ever used, and I have used a lot. Support is insanely good, fast, friendly. Cost is very fair. Toolset is amazing.

We're loving Omnisend so far. I have tried a few other email marketing platforms like Klaviyo which was quite complicated and more advanced than what was needed for my small business. Omnisend on the other hand has been very easy to set up and use. Within a few days, I was able to set up forms and several automated flows. Support has also been very helpful in setting up more complicated tasks to trigger flows for Shopify POS customers via automatic tags. Another bonus is that I can use one account on Omnisend for my two Shopify stores and easily switch between the two. Happy customer so far!

Luiz was super helpful. He was able to transfer my SMS credits over to my balance in just a couple of emails. The service still has to improve before it's completely user friendly but it does 95% of what you'd want.

Omnisend is a great app for keeping in contact with your customers, and is easy to use. If you have any questions, they are quick to respond and follow up to make sure you are satisfied with their response and/or need addition help. I just recently worked with Baarath on a question I had, and he was great and very helpful! :)

Omnisend is super straightforward and intuitive (and I am not techy at all). I was eager to get a welcome pop up on my website to grow my email list. I was able to get it working with my brand colors within 15 mins. I was also having trouble getting my email domain to translate for emails sent through Omnisend. Baarath from the Omnisend Support Team walked me through it through the chat function and had it fixed within 10 mins! HIGHLY recommend this app for your email marketing needs!

Unfortunately, after you disabled the function of viewing anonymous store visitors, your application becomes completely useless for me. Alas. There was a very convenient function. Unfortunately, you will have to delete it in order not to load the store with an unnecessary application ... Also, when creating a mailing list, there is no possibility to make adjustments to the list of addresses, settings (even there is a letter supposed to be late, delayed sending). After today's negative change in functionality - not the right application! I don't advise anyone! Good luck
