I find that the Omnisend Marketing App fits my needs for marketing my site extremely well. I use it mainly for newsletters and when I had a problem recently I emailed the Support team and within the hour, the lovely Olesia replied with her helpful suggestions which worked!

Overall great plugin, really powerful with everything that is build in. Had some issues to get it to trigger my workflow but got fast and good help from Olesia who where very helpful. Now it finally runs as intended and will help me alot in converting customers. Thanks!

We used to use MailChimp before Omnisend, and this one has been much easier to use than the former! Not only is it extremely intuitive (which is great because we're not very tech-savvy), but the UI for putting together emails is SMOOTH. Also, their support is fantastic. Thank you Deniz for helping us with automations ;D

This is a very easy-to-use email system. The automated email is very powerful. Through omnisend, the repurchase rate can be effectively improved.

I am constantly blown away by Omnisends capabilites, not to mention the customer service is incredibly top-notch! Every time I send through a request it is answered in minutes, and extremely helpful. A couple of times now they have sent me a demo on Loom to show me exactly how to do a certain flow. Brilliant! Can't thank you guys enough and so happy I made the switch x

I just started using the app so I can't say that it had helped my website yet, however, the customer service was top notch! My questions were answered quickly and around the clock seamlessly by different customer service who was on call. I don't live in the same timezone so it was amazing to see the team effort to help me. Thank you!

What I appreciate most is the feeling that I'm working with a provider that tries to improve constantly. We work with Shopify and we have seen a lot of improvements of their "tool" for merchants like us. We pay for a service that it is alive and updated . And I'm perceiving something similar is happening with Omnisend, and I love that. Thank you!

This is an excellent integration. I trust the data that comes in, it's actionable, and really just flawlessly smooth in my experience. Added bonus: Omnisend customer service is the BEST. I've had excellent experiences with lots of people there, including Davyda, Salma, and Deniz. Big props to their support team, not to mention the Product Designers who I've spoken with to give feedback on products and services and UI. Overall, anyone in eCommerce should give Omnisend some serious attention.

The free plan is above and beyond what you would expect... does more than most email services. Great customer service, as well. Very helpful :)
