The app works perfectly and offers many options for workflows, automations and segmentation of data. The support (thanks Maria, Karen, Agustin and Andrés) helps quickly and competently with problems.

It's very intuitive and customer support is just amazing - very quick and helpful to respond. Andrés was very helpful. I'd highly recommend using Omnisend for email campaigns, automation, pop up forms and building your email list.

Platform is straightforward and easy-to-use. On the occasions that I had some questions with automation emails, pop ups, customer capture campaigns or forms, the customer support team was very quick to respond with helpful articles and answers that made it easy and quick to move forward. Overall, I recommend to all users who are looking to create automation workflows and have the ability to chat with someone when needed. Thank you Luiz, Sanya and Diego for being readily available to guide me through this new learning experience!

Overall, we are very happy with this product! Very straightforward, easy to use and provides some really great insights - our investment so far in this has been totally worth it and are very happy with the support as well! A must have app for your E-commerce store :)

Really great customer service! I'm new to having an online store, but not new to email marketing, and Kamilia helped me with the gaps in my knowledge to help me do big things with email! Definitely recommend Omnisend for more creative and personalised email marketing!

I had the pleasure of working with Deniz and he was a great help. He answered all my questions and was very prompt. I wanted to know how to use the email campaign better, make sure my emails were being sent and more. He was patient and delivered great customer service. The best thing is, he didn't end the chat until he knew I had no further questions. Thanks for all your help!

Omnisend provide a great and intuitive email marketing system that allows for a large range of customisability. They don't have some features that would be nice to have but I trust the team to implement them. They are always on board to take on feedback and, most importantly, they have fast response times when communicating with you regarding issues! Shoutout to Deniz on the team especially who has been great!

1- They charged for SMS and their SMS doesn't even work in the UAE. I requested a refund and they never replied back. and again I got charged for 2nd month. 2- the welcome discount generated for use of signup is a complete disaster! if you have sales on your store the new user will get additional discounts and you will end up losing so much money as there's no way to control the code they generate.

Fully have setup an email form and 7-email Welcome sequence (automated) in the app, and it legit is so user friendly and works smoothly. Anytime I've had questions, the team responds quickly. Salma helped me within 2 minutes of my question and solved it within another 2 minutes. Thanks for helping make me more money Omnisend!

We've used Omnisend Email Marketing for just over two years now and have liked it so much better than MailChimp! The integration with out Shopify Store helps create great product focused emails as well as automation emails. Customer support has always been top notch - very responsive and helpful!

The tech support I received from Agustin and Diego was outstanding!! The response times exceeded my expectations, and they were able to help me to fix the issues I was having. They went above and beyond to help me out, and were knowledgeable and polite during the process. I highly recommend.

Great customer service. The chat feature in the app is really helpful. Their team response really fast when you have questions. I asked a question about billing and Luiz not only answered my question he also included a screen recording showing me how to make changes.
