A pretty positive start! Just installed Omnisend and had a few issues with setup (our lack of technical expertise was the problem not Omnisend). Diego, in support, was knowledgeable, helpful and fast! It's rare these days for most live chat agents to actually provide real support, AND have the right answers 'out of the gate', but that's exactly what we received. It makes a big difference starting out with a new application knowing that someone is there to help 24/7, instead of having to wait until the next business day. Diego made the somewhat scary switch from our previous (well known) email marketing service to Omnisend a lot easier.

Great customer service! Couldn't actually believe how quickly the Omnisend support got back to me when I had a few queries recently. They responded via email and Kristina was so efficient and patient at helping me sort my problem. Within 15 minutes she had sorted out what I had been trying to figure out for ages. Have tried many different email marketing platforms and Omnisend is one of - if not the - best! Aside from gorgeous email templates and intuitive interface, they have great customer service. Kamilia was able to help us out with some specific requests - they care about their customers and it shows.
I highly recommend this product. It's user friendly and you pay for the volume you need. Had a few questions that Agustin from their support team handled with top quality!

Omnisend is the best EDM tool I've ever used. No matter is convenient for setting up and it also supports lots of apps. We actually use it like our CRM. We was having issues integrating the trigger about the wishlist. The Andrés was detailed and patient. Nice work!

The best Email Service Provider I use. This app is User Friendly, affordable and have 24/7 customer support. Everything I need right now is here and luckily they're keeping up with the latest trends and upgrading giving me the best experience working with them.
Omnisend's customers service is always superb. Appreciate their quick response and they're very helpful.
Initial customer support was slow, and they passed me through a couple different people who didn't seem to know how to solve my problem, which was frustrating. Thankfully though, they put me in touch with Luiz, one of their tech support crew, who sat with me for an hour and helped me figure out the problem with my newsletter form. Give them a try!
