Great app, the team develops it all the time! Customer support is quick and the people are very understanding! Recently I had a request which was processed by Matija, Nikola, and Diego in an accurate way, providing a lot of useful information and explaining different options very well. I am very bad at tech anything but the Omnisend support team really helped us out. Luiz was able to answer all my questions and got my issues sorted out in less than 20 min. Very happy with the detailed answers he provided including screen shots since I did not know what the hey I was doing!

The app works perfectly and offers many options for workflows, automations and segmentation of data. The support (thanks Maria, Karen, Agustin and Andrés) helps quickly and competently with problems.

It's very intuitive and customer support is just amazing - very quick and helpful to respond. Andrés was very helpful. I'd highly recommend using Omnisend for email campaigns, automation, pop up forms and building your email list.

Platform is straightforward and easy-to-use. On the occasions that I had some questions with automation emails, pop ups, customer capture campaigns or forms, the customer support team was very quick to respond with helpful articles and answers that made it easy and quick to move forward. Overall, I recommend to all users who are looking to create automation workflows and have the ability to chat with someone when needed. I had the pleasure of working with Deniz and he was a great help. He answered all my questions and was very prompt. I wanted to know how to use the email campaign better, make sure my emails were being sent and more. He was patient and delivered great customer service. Omnisend provide a great and intuitive email marketing system that allows for a large range of customisability. They don't have some features that would be nice to have but I trust the team to implement them. They are always on board to take on feedback and, most importantly, they have fast response times when communicating with you regarding issues! Shoutout to Deniz on the team especially who has been great!

1- They charged for SMS and their SMS doesn't even work in the UAE. I requested a refund and they never replied back. and again I got charged for 2nd month. 2- the welcome discount generated for use of signup is a complete disaster! if you have sales on your store the new user will get additional discounts and you will end up losing so much money as there's no way to control the code they generate.

Fully have setup an email form and 7-email Welcome sequence (automated) in the app, and it legit is so user friendly and works smoothly. Anytime I've had questions, the team responds quickly. Salma helped me within 2 minutes of my question and solved it within another 2 minutes. Thanks for helping make me more money Omnisend!

We've used Omnisend Email Marketing for just over two years now and have liked it so much better than MailChimp! The integration with out Shopify Store helps create great product focused emails as well as automation emails. Customer support has always been top notch - very responsive and helpful!
