Salma and her colleagues assisted me with setting up my first automated workflow. Over a couple of days with many chats, customer service ensured that I was up and running correctly. I am extremely pleased with their customer service and follow up.

The tech support I received from Agustin and Diego was outstanding!! The response times exceeded my expectations, and they were able to help me to fix the issues I was having. They went above and beyond to help me out, and were knowledgeable and polite during the process. I highly recommend.

Great customer service. The chat feature in the app is really helpful. Their team response really fast when you have questions. I asked a question about billing and Luiz not only answered my question he also included a screen recording showing me how to make changes.

It's a pretty good app. Way more easily understandable than Klayvio. Tons of customization options for emails, and the automations are in depth and customizable. However, the SMS functions are extremely limited, so do not rely on Omnisend for SMS. Customer support is really responsive which is great. Overall 7.5/10 (SMS is the issue).

First time setting up email flows and the workflow visualization is easy to understand. The customer service rep was quick to respond and very helpful with screenshots. Salma helped me troubleshoot some logic for a particular audience I was trying to capture. It works for my needs so far.

仕事のメルマガで使用していますが、感覚的に、しかもきれいにメールの体裁が整えられて使いやすいです。不明点はチャットですぐに返答してくれます。(日本時間にも関わらず、今日はDenizが即時に返答くれました) チャットもその他機能ももっと日本語化するとより使いやすくなると思います。期待を込めて★4つにいたしました。

Was already 85% sold to the service after exploring it, but connecting with Diego (live support) for questions has completely sealed the deal for me. I asked a question for one thing, but learned so much more after! Thoughtful and thorough response. Thanks Diego!

A great platform for email marketing. The UI/UX Design is very friendly, easy to navigate and creates layouts just by dragging and quick add. My favourite feature is the Live View in Dashboard where I can track my live users. Also, the customer live service is very supportive, especially Luiz. Highly recommend the app!

Had a few minor issues with it but support always are there to help quickly. Spoke to Salma this morning and had a response straight away which answered my query and provided me with all the info I needed.

Top level software already, but the customer service makes omnisend what it is. The (MANY) times I'm trying to do something very specific and needy to get an automation to run exactly as I need it to for my store's needs, I can easily send a quick question and somebody like Stefan answers within minutes with a solution. Every time I go through this, I'm blown away by the customer service's positivity and willingness to help.

The customer service is a 5+++! I needed help and sent a question to the team and within minutes Nikola had sent me all the info I needed to help with the problem. I would rate this compay a 10 Star if they had a few more options for design. I am working with what is available, but i'm not very technical, so I'm using the templates offered. I would love a few more creative options that allow for a differnet look when you send emails back to back... but from a data and customer service standpoint they are the best
