Omnisend works flawlessly to manage my companies email marketing. I get amazing results. The software is very user friendly and powerful. Support is simply amazing, probably the best I've experienced. I switched from Mailchimp and Klaviyo to Omnisend and it's been a great decision. Price is lower and features are much more easier to use. Plus my emails never get flagged as spam like they did on the other platforms. Simply the BEST!

I don't get surprised that often, however, on this occasion, with Omnisend, I was blown away. After experiencing the opposition products and services I was starting to believe what I wanted to achieve was impossible. So we took a leap of faith with Omnisend. So please we did. Not only is the product superior to the competitors the support staff of Baarath & Olesia are next level. Concise with advice and really quick to respond. Congratulations!

Omnisend is just an excellent marketing app; if you are stuck and need help fixing problems, the Omnisend support team is always available. Whenever I got stuck, I chatted online and got the solution every time. I highly recommend it because it's so easy to use and, most importantly, its team is impressive, as I know Deniz, Nikola, Olesia and Yuliia. I really appreciate your work. You all guys are doing a fantastic job...

I moved over from Mailchimp and much prefer this app. It's easy to use, and the support is great if you get stuck. I use the online chat for support and they answer almost immediately.

The works amazingly well and has provided our business with countless profitable email Campaigns. Additionally the customer support is first class...I worked with one of their agents named Deniz today...and he was really patient and professional...and completely assisted me in setting up a email automation that I was stuck with. Great App, Great Service, highly recommend!

Helpful & quick to respond. Highly recommend. There's a learning curve, but it is easy to use once you figure out how to work it. Nicholas was very supportive today on some issues and appreciate their time. Thanks for the great app.

First omnisend support system connect me with Yuliia she absolutely can't explain me what's going on with my emails, even when I send screenshots with two differences that I noticed but unfortunately she can't see them.. but I'm glad that Luiz suddenly joined and helped to solve everything in less than five minutes, thanks for that.

Great app, and has great customer service, Specially Kristina, very clear and fast answers. When you are new and don't know how to start she helps me a lot, with good examples and ideas on how to do it better.

Not perfect, there are missing functions and options but they have an amazing support and are always happy to hear suggestions for improvement. Also, what is already there is quite as good as from the competition. I would absolutely suggest to give it a try!
