The Omnisend app has brought in a significant amount of revenue for us through automation. Customer support is exceptional and prompt. Nikola has been outstanding assisting us in setting up a particular part of the system we were unsure of. I would thoroughly recommend this app, we have been using it successfully for 20 months now and will be rolling it out to another one of our Shopify platforms to mirror the campaigns we have running currently.

This app is very useful for email&SNS marketing. It is very easy to make and send emails and alarms. Also, Customer Service of Omnisend is very fast and helpful. Overall, the app is very well made

This is a great, solid email marketing app. Their email builders are easy to use, and have pre-set layouts so you don't have to worry about designing and spending time making emails look professional. They are constantly improving, very communicative team and love their pop up forms (led to many conversions on my site)!

I use Omnisend for emails and sometimes there are certain doubts and urgent clarifications. The Omnisend support team is very prompt in their response, especially Olesia and Nikola. They are very patient and adept. They elaborate every detail and go out of their way to help. Thanks.

I'm loving this app so far! It provides so many anayltics. I also love the SMS campaigns. I was originally on the free account and wanted to add money to send text message campaigns. I reached out and they chose to give me $10 free for my SMS campaigns. Very nice of them!!
