We've used a few apps and this 1 is definitely the most user-friendly and the workflows that we set up has pushed our abandoned cart recovery rate up with 11%. Support from Nikola was also quick, friendly and very helpful.

Easy top use app with plenty of clever features. Customer support is also super quick and helpful. Nikola, in particular, has been very helpful with my queries.

This is a dreadful email platform that requires a lot of work just to integrate with your existing Shopify forms. Want to send a lead magnet based on a shopify form? Good luck. Subscribers from all forms are lumped into one source. Calling this "made for Shopify" is using a VERY broad brush. Want to embed a form? You get one line. That's it. Otherwise it has to be a pop-up or landing page. I have requested help to get my store connected and it finally is, but that's because I researched and added my own code. I still can't distinguish which form an email came from so I know which automation to send. Their help desk responds quickly, but it's cursory and they tell you "the right department will help you in a few days". It's been a few weeks and I can't get basic questions answered. It's useless to me and I'm moving on.
Hello there, and thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Indeed, Omnisend uses Shopify Webhooks to transfer subscribed contacts to your Omnisend account when using 3rd party forms. This process is completely automated and does not require any input from you. Omnisend will not be able to capture additional forms on your website unless they are included with your Shopify theme. Custom forms will continue to function, and contacts will continue to be routed into your Omnisend account if the form is linked to Shopify. Omnisend will obtain the contact information in this case by syncing it from your Shopify backend. There are lead magnet options such as embedded forms and landing pages that you can use on your website. In this case, Omnisend supports separate tagging, so you'll know where the contact came from exactly! Baarath and the rest of the customer service reps I interact with have been so helpful! Love that they send demo videos and are available 24/7. Still getting use to this app but their customer service teams is very helpful.

Liberty Maniacs uses Omnisend. We've been in business for over 20 years and to say we have a quirky way of marketing is like saying Joe Biden is a little flighty or Trump has a slightly inflated ego. Weird downright weird. But Omnisend gives us the flexibility and simplicity to communicate with customers, and sometimes more importantly not bug the folks that don't appreciate getting tapped on the shoulder 15 times a day asking if they'd like to check out their sweet new t-shirt. There's SMS, push, and all sorts of automated funnels which are really important for helping customers navigate stores like ours which have an obnoxious amount of items. Pricing is fair. Let's face it, it costs money to make these things work and in the tricked-out email marketing game, there are only a few really at this level. Customization is just updated. Geared to really help folks that didn't go to graphic design school - which is pretty much everyone. But it's also great for artists like us who want to customer out things and maximize the weird. It does that too. Support is good as well. I actually just got off with a rep. She was delightful and even laughed at my jokes which is a kindness often too much to ask. They have a chat, and other methods if it's a more hands-on issue. All in all, it works for us. Email marketing for small businesses and solo acts can be pure misery. Totally get that. That's why we at least try and use a platform that accommodates us being us, and makes it as easy as possible. Good luck with your decision! And business! You got this.

We use Omnisend in our Shopify store. I've needed to contact customer service several times. Not due to Omnisend problems, but just because I'm not familiar with it and needed a little extra help. They've been great! This last time the customer service rep, Baarath, created a video showing me how to do exactly what I needed to do. You couldn't ask for more. Thanks Omnisend Customer Service!

This app is exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to navigate and great online tutorials. I needed assistance with one area of the setup and Kamilia in the Support team was wonderful to deal with - very fast and efficient in solving my problem.

As an agency, their team is invaluable for support on complex setups. Very appreciative of Baarath's help for one of our accounts in particular. To help segment b2b & b2c before they purchase; use a custom property on the welcome series sign up form to auto add them into a segement. A similar system can use for existing customers using an email and/or the "Preferences" section at the bottom of emails.
