I had a technical issue and Stefan, staff from Omnisend support helped me through it. I am using Omnisend for few years now. Getting better and better!
Love this platform, very easy to use and the support is very fast and thorough. Sanya answered every question l had straight away, along with screenshots and video screenrecordings, making the learning curve very seamless.
Stefan was so amazing! He went the extra mile to make sure I understood what needed to be done to solve my problem. When I hit a road block, he figured it out and got it done. Thank you!
VERY easy to use. Great lay out. Pulls theme and colours from store and creates the perfect template. Literally a few clicks and everything is done! I wish everything was like this!!
This is a great tool for our sales, if we use it to the max. It's easy to use, always improving and innovating, and customer support (Olesia helped me last time) is on spot, always responding fast, and very helpful.

Brilliant integration in their popup form with Shopify - auto-creates a discount voucher code. very cool. Baarath and the 24/7 chat support team are excellent!

Omnisend was recommended to me by a biz coach and I've had great results using it in terms of high deliverability and open rates as well as sales from emails. Very user friendly and I love the new teaser feature! I had some questions as I set up my teaser and Tiana helped me tremendously! She went above and beyond to assist me and I learned a few new things from all of her help! Very pleased with Omnisend and I'd def recommend.
Easy to use, lots of functionality and customisation. They also have a great support team too that's very helpful!
Really happy with this app. I'm using it for over a year now, they have been working a lot on making the user interface, making it more intuitive and user friendly with a lot more customization possibilities since then. User support is also quick when you have questions and accurate most of the time . Kristina has helped me smoothly with an issue I recently had on automations. Keep up the good work!
Very intuitive to set up everything, with a little time and trial and error, I was able to get most stuff done. The only confusing thing is regarding their pricing, what they classify as "active contact", which is basically every subscribed and non-subscribed contact in your list, regardless of how long they have been there. Yulia then was nice enough to clarify and help me with additional questions, very quickly as well, so still 5 stars for the customer service!
Terrible experience with their bad service. They keep changing the agents when you have a question or issue with your account. And they are not trying to help or understanding your situation. I got a technical issue of sending email campaigns with all broken product images, they solved it after a couple of days without noticing me. I only found out myself. After talking to them, they did not explain what was happening and offered a 20% off discount to compensate. But the funny part is the 20% discount overwrote my existing 30% off discount applied on my account??? And nobody gives a good reason for it or was able to switch it back! Feeling so disappointed with the bad service and surprised by their way of dealing issue. Thinking of changing to another email marketing app.

Please keep in mind that even though we provide support 24/7, it can be difficult to have the same agent handle each request, thus as soon as the agent is no longer available, other agents step in and strive to tend to our customers as best as possible. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter such an issue, especially after investing time in creating your emails. Unfortunately such problem was encountered with Shopify but was addressed and tended to in a prompt manner. As for the discount, your previous 30% off discount expired previously on September 2023 and between downgrading and upgrading your account such discounts tend to be automatically removed as discounts are tied to subscriptions and not accounts. We see that our billing team re-added the previous discount you had upon reaching out to our team. Best email client for email and sms all in one, also awesome customer service. My favorite email client I have used, and they are always adding new fetures.
Omnisend is very easy to use. Fantastic training videos and documentation. Getting campaigns up and running was such a breeze, I really wish I had done it sooner! Highly recommend.

I'm using OMNISEND for several years now and for all those years I'm 100% satisfied and happy both with functionality and amazing support those guys are providing. The app itself is easy to use, very powerful and rich with features. I have to say again - the support is amazing and thank you Tiana once again for your quick responses and help.
I got Sanya's help to make my use of omnisend smoother. This plugin is very powerful, you can use many of its functions well.
