Previous: I just started using the app so I can't say that it had helped my website yet, however, the customer service was top notch! My questions were answered quickly and around the clock seamlessly by different customer service who was on call. I don't live in the same timezone so it was amazing to see the team effort to help me. Thank you!

Customer service and the platform are great! I would recommend to others as I investigated in depthly other competitors and am happiest with Omnisend.

What I appreciate most is the feeling that I'm working with a provider that tries to improve constantly. We work with Shopify and we have seen a lot of improvements of their "tool" for merchants like us. We pay for a service that it is alive and updated . And I'm perceiving something similar is happening with Omnisend, and I love that. Thank you!

This is an excellent integration. I trust the data that comes in, it's actionable, and really just flawlessly smooth in my experience. Added bonus: Omnisend customer service is the BEST. I've had excellent experiences with lots of people there, including Davyda, Salma, and Deniz. Big props to their support team, not to mention the Product Designers who I've spoken with to give feedback on products and services and UI. Overall, anyone in eCommerce should give Omnisend some serious attention.

Amazing App, been using for over a year so far. Baarath from Omnisend Support Team recently helped me with my account and did a great job. Great support and a very easy-to-use app. Highly recommended.

Customer service via chat is great, there's always someone there to help answer questions. Kamilia was very helpful when I had a question about automated work flows.

The best email platform I've ever used! Clean, simple interface that makes it easy to succeed and grow your business. Great templates or build your own layout in a completely editable yet easy to use edit panel. Friendly and extremely attentive help center that always respond within minutes with a quick solution to my problem. Cannot recommend enough!

You can choose audience that you want very easily to your pop ups. Works with translation apps also. You will get good customer service too. Luiz helped me so much and so fast when i needed it most. They are also very kind and do not make you feel stupid at all even if you ask silly questions.

I've had Omnisend installed for many years and its great. The pricing structure works for me and has grown as I have grown. The automation has added to my revenue and the email builder/template structure allows me to make both nicely designed emails but also smart ones. The tech support is top notch - recently Kristina and Tiana both helped field me basic questions :) I'd recommend giving it a go.

Great app, super easy to use, great customer service as well (thank you Nikola and Marija)! I've only used it for newsletters and abandoned carts for now. (And the abandoned carts-flow is the reason why I only give four stars, because for the few days I used it, several customers got an abandoned cart email even though they completed their purchase... But they say they are working on the issue.)
