Best email marketing!!! A great offer of features and the most elegant dashboard and friendly user I have tried so far. I hope you can add more integrations like Fera.io, Big blue in Spain and many more, that it the only thing for Omnisend to be just perfect. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a great design along with the best features of the market. Finally, the support from Help center is super fast, I would like to specially thank Maria, she has been great and assisted me very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Omnisend is very lucky to have her!

Literally switch from Mailchimp yesterday, which I should have done a long time ago. I am thoroughly impressed by customer service and ALL the many amazing features that Omnisend has to offer! I love their interface because it is so easy to navigate and their support videos are great. And Nikola came through with the quickness with chat support questions! I'm super excited to get all my automations created and finished!!!

We have been using this email client for over a year now, and I have nothing but the best things to say about the features and usability of this app. The interface is simple to understand, but there are plenty of customizable features that enable us to optimize our workflows. I have had great experiences with customer service as well (shoutout to Stefan who figured out why one of my workflows wasn't working!), who are always patient and thorough. I have never encountered an issue they couldn't solve for me. Plus, the devs keep on coming out with more streamlined updates, and features that make it easier and easier to build our emails. As a small business, having this extra time back is a huge boon - Omnisend is a fantastic plug and play email client with amazing customizable features that enable us to grow out our email marketing program while never feeling out of our depth.

I've used Klayvio and other ecommerce email list provider and I'd rate Omnisend as the best one out there. Their support team is very helpful and I've always received help within a few hours of reaching out. I recommend them to all shopify users.

The dashboard and UI are amazing and intuitive to use. I had some questions regarding the flow and double opt-in and Sanya was able to resolve them for me very quickly. Great app and team overall

Just started my business with these amazing people. First and best part instant support so its 24/7, so you do not need wait for next day. Yes sometime its little waiting for reply but acceptable. Features are really impressive compare to others APP and most important Reasonable. I have just switch my account from one of the good company but no regret. All customer service members are very responsive with great support. Special thanks to "BASSMA" to bear with me . As I am very bad in technical term but she did not leave my hand and help me to cross over. All the very best to all of you and keep doing good work. Lets start my business journey with safe hands:)

First time using Omnisend and I can already tell how user friendly this email marketing service is. I had some questions setting up the automation and Daryna was super helpful in providing support, working through our specifications and issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.

The people are really helpful whenever I try to solve an issue. I'm not a developer so had struggled a lot setting up our store but everyone was really quick replying to my questions and all the solutions worked out!

We have loved using Omnisend for our email marketing platform. It has been very user friendly to create emails and automated emails. The support team gets back to you in a very timely manner and are very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Omnisend is a WONDERFUL email marketing app with several tools to up your marketing game! Super easy to view analytics, create templates, and create the BEST emails for customers. They also have several useful guide videos that cover any topic you need help on. Today I needed assistance and I luckily was guided to Kristina who gave me amazing assistance. She was super kind and was very quick with responding and assisting me. I truly appreciate her help! I highly recommend this app to everyone!
