So far I am very impressed with this app vs the previous one we used. Much better integration into the Shopify system rather than being completely stand alone app. Chat support has been good when needed (especially from Bassma). Everything seems to work nicely without any bugs or errors and has a functional/professional feel to it. So far so good and would highly recommend!

Omnisend is brilliant. It's so intuitive, so simple to set up and their pre-built templates and email funnels are such a timesaver. Their support team is also super helpful. I wouldn't use any other marketing platform for my store.

Omnisend has released a new segment and email builder. Everything is designed much more intuitively. I had a small problem, but Deniz from support was able to help me very quickly and straightforwardly in the chat. It was to my complete satisfaction.

Emailビルダーについて不明点があったため、チャットで問い合わせたところ、Olesiaさんに迅速に対応いただけました。ディスカウント機能で発行するクーポンを、特定のユーザー専用にすることができない点は残念でしたが、その他の機能についてはサポート含め満足しています。

This Application is Amazing, you can earn sales by a beneficial marketing mail tools & automation, but you need first to analyze your contact database and design the automation to trigger the weak points, and here it is sales going on :-) also, the support team is very helpful and fast in responding, especially Nikola who is doing a great follow-up with my queries. Big Thump

I've had some frustrations over the last couple of years with this app, but they are constantly trying to make improvements-- some are helpful, some not so much. I really appreciate the responsive customer support. Pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it.
