So far so good!! I've switched over from Klaviyo because the UX is SOOO much better and that alone makes me want to use this app a lot more, which means that I'll probably get more out of it! Really easy to create workflows and campaigns. I love how easy it was to create segments. So far, I wish I could upload my brand fonts (maybe I can and I just haven't figured that out yet?) and I'm hopeful that there could be a button/ section added where I can link Smile.io and Judge.me directly in the email rather than just having those integrations for audience segments. Great app so far!

Absolutely loving this app. I have had it for a week and have set up workflows really easily and found the options for segmentation far more advanced than the platform I used before. The interface is easy to use, I have had a quick response to any help queries from support. The team show the new functionality they have in the pipeline which is really helpful and already I can see upcoming functionality I can't wait to use! Just launched my first campaign, not too painful, the drag and drop is pretty straightforward.

I used this app to help me with my email marketing. They have a simple builder and nice templates to build a good email. The support is also excellent and Bassma really went out of her way to follow up on my queries.

We recently began using Omnisend as an email marketing platform and have been impressed with it to date. The campaign and automation functionality is easy to use and get your email campaigns rolling. The templates are attractive and user friendly to amend. When needed, the support team is quick to respond to issues and even general inquiries into possible future functionality updates. The analytics dashboard gives you a nice view into the impact your omnisend activities have made and you can adjust the time period to a variety of views. We look forward to building on our existing email set ups and future product updates.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Omnisend as a key part of your e-commerce marketing set up. Easy and intuitive to use. The chat service is first class. Quick, efficient and accurate when you're looking to learn new things. Great help today from Agustin. Many thanks

They charged us without our approval and refused to refund us. when we asked for refund they refused to process it Big scam Support team only promote the scam strategy of these thieve !!!

Beware! I used to think Omnisend was a great tool for email marketing - lots of features and flexibility and prompt service when we had questions or needed help. However, they are in the process of forcing their customers to port all their forms, automations and campaigns over to their "new" email builder, which they are touting as somehow better and easier and in my experience, has been the opposite. With little or no notice, they have automatically migrated some of our forms and automations over to the new system, forcing us to use it... yet when I look at the content in the new format, there are MANY elements missing, reduced functionality and LESS ability to customize various elements. Even worse, all the content I have saved over 3 years in templates and content blocks is, for all intents and purposes, lost because there is no way for me, as the client, to port it over to the new builder. I am looking at hours upon hours of extra work created by this change, with no explanation as to why it is happening in the first place and what, exactly is supposed to be "better" and "easier" about this new system. Perhaps if you were starting with Omnisend from scratch, you wouldn't know the difference, but whatever reason they are making this change, it is NOT being communicated well, they are not being upfront about what their current customers are losing in the process, and it is no way to treat loyal customers. Beyond frustrating.

Absolutely loved the amazing design templates that are ready to use for my e-commerce business. The trigger mails are very easy to use for a beginner. The customer service is also excellent as Josh gave me a demo on all the exciting things I could do for my company!

Omnisend is easy to use, and a vital part of our business. There might be cheaper options out there, but the functionality and automation of Omnisend is second to none. They also have a great support team. Thanks to Daryna for helping resolve a recent issue.

The app is easy to use and has great customer service. I am still on the free plan for the moment, so there is no live chat, but they do respond pretty quickly via email, and Melanie has been very helpful. Update: I used it for a while now on the Standard plan, and it's pretty good, and customer service with the live chat is great! Thank you!
