Regarding the price is ok but not ok for the functions. Support tries to help but they can't do anything technical for us and don't give ETA to have this functionalities available. The app itself has potential and i will change my review as soon as they work their problems.
Hello there, and thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Indeed, at this moment, Omnisend has two Email Builders. The New Builder provides more customization options and ease of use, whereas the Classic Builder offers a larger selection of building blocks. Despite being more advanced than the Classic Editor, the New Editor is still in development, and some features are not yet available. Our developers are aware of the missing blocks and are working to bridge the gap between the two editors. Meanwhile, we recommend taking a look at the Product Recommender block. It will dynamically display the products in accordance with the selected rule. Our support representative has already contacted you with additional information on this matter. Have a fantastic day!

I chose this app based on the remarkable reviews and additionally the easy to use tutorials provided, and couldn't be happier! As a new business owner the templates simplify creating emails which is such a time saver, and the overall experience using the app is seamless. When needed the support team is ALWAYS available, and always helps to follows up to ensure I've found the resources or solve I need - this level of support is super rare these days. Love Omnisend!

Absolutely love Omnisend. First and foremost, their integration with Shopify is seamless, which was the reason we started using them to begin with. Their world class customer service and fast response times are truly impressive; anytime questions arise, an Omnisend team member responds within minutes to lend and hand. The email editor is stellar and always being improved upon. I can't say enough about this company. Phenomenal integration, excellent functionality and incredible customer service are the reasons we use Omnisend for all our email marketing campaigns!

While the app is fantastic, what sets it apart from the rest of what we've tried/used is the customer service. Anytime I need a hand with anything whatsoever, someone to help is just minutes away. I also have an awesome rep, Danielle Heck, who helps us weekly with everything from a business overview, technical troubleshooting, new tips and tricks, features, etc. Hands down, great decision.

I have looked at the other apps but Omnisend is the easiest to use. Salma was amazing. She has solved my problem so quickly. She is very attentive and fast. Also very thoughtful. She has kept me informed with my request while she was working on it. Very good! I definitely recommend businesses who is thinking about using it. Great thank you

We wanted to try something entirely different with a customer segment. I am a novice and couldn't figure out how to get it done. I asked for help from Omnisend staff. Stefani, the guy who helped me, created a simple solution for getting it done AND to help me understand made me a video to show me each step of the way. Because of the video and his directions I didn't just know what to do but understood why I had to do each step making it so much easier. I am now a master of developing out of the norm segments all because of their help! If you can't find your solution use the Omnisend staff - fabulous! Absolutely recommend! Worst support on Shopify! They have no clue what they are talking about. They kept switching with different agents giving multiple contradictory answers. Resulting in explaining the same thing over and over again, and losing potential subscribers in the meantime. They offered help from their technical support, but the technical team never helped. Over a week later: they will tell you to ask your own developer as their Technical Support is limited to acting only in internal situations! What a waste of time.

We found it very easy to use Omnisend - mainly for email campaigns, automated marketing, and retention solutions. This app helped us increase sales and further established our website to where it is now. A small and simple addition to any website for big results. We highly recommend it!
