Great app, lots of customizations with emails and automations, pre-sets also available if you don't know what to say. And most importantly, great customer support and quick response. Nicolas was very helpful and explained everything well. Highly recommend!

I'm not one to typically write reviews. However, Omnisend is one of the best email marketing tools I've used to date. I've tried a number of them too. Really simple to use, gives a really neat activity log on what actions people take in my store to see what people are adding to their carts and various other activities, on top of the emails just being in general a great design with little effort. :)

Triple A service from Kristina and the team! We've tried several newsletter platforms before moving to Omnisend. I have to say that their speedy responses and great service has been instrumental! They've helped us with so many customizations and answered so many of our questions. I HIGHLY recommend it.. especially if you need multilanguage newsletters and want to create very complex flows.

I have installed OmniSend on two Shopify sites so far and the experience has been great. OmniSend's Customer Service via live chat is awesome. A few small features missing vs bigger platforms but I am sure they will catch up soon

Good product, even better customer service (which was welcome after moving from MC). Syncing customer lists to PPC providers is amazing functionality also.

Recently had an issue with my simple capture form and it's been taking days for them to solve it. The issue is very simple (change size and make it centered) though. I don't normally give negative reviews but this has been the most frustrating experience ever.

Hands down the best email marketing software out there for Shopify. I have used a few other platforms and found Omnisend to have the best combination of price, ease of use and features. Its really a high quality and professional piece of software but its not been overdeveloped - you can tell its all been really thought through from the customers perspective. You can create great emails, run powerful automation and have things like nice pop-ups and sign up windows all with useful analytics without having to spend ages learning about how it all works. The support team are super friendly and helpful too.
