I am a current user of mailchimp, but probably not anymore, after discovering Omnisend! I have used also other tools that does the same work, but I truly impressed by Omnisend features and how it is smoothly integrated with Shopify!! I am getting the same ease of use when it comes to create campaigns, AB tests, along with other premium features.. all of this with a much reasonable pricing than other services on Shopify or outside Shopify.. I started using the app, imported all accounts in one place, so far so good, and highly recommend!

Honestly, I have just experienced the best customer service ever! Kristina is a ROCKSTAR. She went above and beyond to help us fix an email domain issue. She was there with us step by step, communicating clearly all the way. Now I love Omnisend even more. Thank you for your amazing product and SERVICE.

We've looked through a number of automation platforms and found Omnisend to be the perfect fit for us because of its segmentation and automation features and its reasonable pricing. Josh has been a great help with the introduction and onboarding as well.

Looks great, easy to navigate - had automations, forms and emails up and running in a day. Josh was excellent at explaining everything clearly - really impressed!

The platform is a bit complex due to its millions of features, so it's very useful that they offer excellent technical support via chat and email. They have a new design generator that is much better than the previous one, and emails now have a fresh new look and are easier to use. They add new features every day and are improving a lot. It's well worth it.

Excellent integration with Shopify and good functionality available for the price. We have been happy with Omnisend so far and look forward to working with them going forwards. For improvement, we hope they are able to improve and develop their new editor. Currently we are using their old version as the new one is lacking some functionality. I have been told their development teams are working on this as a priority so hopefully this will be completed soon.

I'm 68 years old with no formal computer science teaching. If I can do it, anyone can. The reviews don't lie. This is my second day. Yesterday I sent out 46 emails and got a $146 sale. Today I uploaded 50 contacts from Etsy, segmented them out and sent out an email. They aren't as current, so it will be interesting to see what happens. I had to test it on my husband's email, because I use Gab dissenter and it blocks ads. Worked great.

I love Omnisend. I find it very user friendly (knowing of course there is always a learning curve when you try something new though)...and their customer service is amazing. I have two companies and have used Omni for my main one for a while now....my developer for my other one tried to get me to use Mailchimp ....it was awful in comparison and I quickly switched. I much prefer Omnisend and highly recommend it.

I really loved to use this App, it is very user friendly, very oriented to make our life easier avoiding the struggle understating the tools (Love the User Interface and User experience), very straight forward without spending so much time trying to understand all the logic behind, something to help you do it quick and effective without losing half of your day! Thanks Diego for your support yesterday, it was so quick and effective!

We have worked with Omnisend since we started our online store. In an effort for continuous improvement, I was shopping around to see what the competitors offered and still found that Omnisend was *probably* the best choice. However, I had a few questions and reached out to support and DARYNA was outstanding. She answered quickly and with the exact information that I was looking for. I have not had an experience this great with any other customer service rep in a long time, if ever! Absolutely recommend!

OmniSend has been a good program. The editor was initially not as good as others I have used, but the have made it better over the 2 years we have used it. I am very happy with the app. The automations are terrific.
