Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Nikola from Omnisend helped in setting up an automation correctly when I knew there was an issue with it. Overall I've found Omnisend a very intuitive and easy to use email system, perfect for our emerging brand.

Vraiment une bonne application d'emailing pour l'ecommerce. Excellent service client peu importe le moment de la journée où on les contact. Ils répondent super rapidement et ne laissent pas tomber les fils de discussion, même entre les changements d'équipe. Merci Olesia pour tes réponses à l'instant! :) Est-ce qu'il y a des choses que je voudrais qu'ils améliore? Certainement, ils ne sont pas parfaits, mais ils sont très bons et proposent chaque mois des belles améliorations. Je suis confiant d'avoir fait le bon choix de passer chez eux.

I've been using this service for close to a year and am happy with it! It works well with my Shopify store. If you ever need support or have questions, they are very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this service to Shopify stores looking to launch and manage e-mail and marketing campaigns.

Have been using Omnisend as our email marketing platform for about a year...switched from MailChimp. Omnisend's software has been easy to use and their Customer service is excellent! They are pretty quick answering any questions we've has so far. So far, so good!

Great product features, engaging templates, user friendly. automations are great. Quick adds help you put together emails very fast.

Excellent app for abandonment emails and SMS sending. I can create SMS campaigns with ease and I find it extremely useful when it comes to sending "in stock notifications", even with my highly customized theme this app did the trick with hardly any code at all.

Just started to use this app and so far it's pretty easy to navigate in. Having some issues, but the customer service (Olesia) was really quick in response and helpful!

I was browsing the apps in order to find a good platform to send emails campaigns in time. I tried a lot during the research for this but WOW Omnisend is definitly something else. It's an intuitive app that's easy to use and have everything you need! And their customer service is 100%. Quick and precise, it makes me want to work even more with them ! Am definitly stopping with my research since Omnisend meets all my needs and I definitly recommend you to try it too !!!

This app is awesome and easy to work with. Their support is very helpful. My biggest complaint is that they are missing SOO many features. They come out with new features all of the time but as of right now there are so many basic features that it just doesn't have.

I've been setting up some automation streams and one form. Most functions work pretty well, and some smaller issues were fixed with the help of the support team. Great support from Daryna - thanks a lot!

The tool is very on point to email management and creating automation emails for Shopify visitors. The support team is also very wonderful.

Great customer service and is an easy app to use and operate with a quick drag and drop to customize your own email. Or you can choose from lots of other templates that are pre-made.

the segmentation filters can be a little confusing, but the support so far by bassma has been wonderful and has made up for it. Great tool!
