I recently switched to Omnisend - this is a powerful tool and the support team is extremely helpful (even when starting with a free account). I had some more advanced segmentation to create and the support agent Sarah stayed with me offering suggestions and checking my work to ensure it was set up right. This tool can do far more than most of the CMS/Email Marketing apps on Shopify. If they keep up this level of service and great functionality, they'll own the market in no time!

We love Omnisend. There were so many options to choose from and omnisend seemed to meet our needs perfectly. We are a small coffee roaster that rather be roasting than sending countless emails and subscriber notices. This tool changed how we reach our customers. Our first campaign brought in a 65% conversion to sale. Still learning how to use Omnisend to it's fullest capacity, but right now we love it!

Great app and fantastic customer service! We had to send a update about Covid measures in our clinics, which triggered an error in the Omnisend system (they have a list of trigger words in their system to adhere to certain email system standards). Anyway, I contacted support and they reviewed my recent campaign and reverted my account to the normal state. Thank you so much again Omnisend for the speedy help!

My account was stopped because of too many bounced letters, and then I found their customer service staff, the service was very good and timely, and helped me solve the problem quickly

I am using this app to do my email marketing for my store. I think that it is pretty powerful but there is a lot to learn. I had some issues with integration that finally got resolved. It did take a bit of back and forth to get the correct work around. Glad it finally got resolved. Thanks

So far I am having fun with this app. It seems to so everything I am looking for. Really love the Academy. The instructions are easy to follow. Only recommendation is update the the video images to match the new design as some of the links looks different.

This is the third email app I have tried, I'm not a technical person and was getting frustrated until I download this... so far it's way better than the others. Putting together my first automated campaign was a breeze and it worked great with my existing contact form. When I had a question, Ivanna from customer service got back to me right away and was super helpful.

I have just started using this app in connection with shopify and was amazed about how easy it was to create our first email marketing campaign. We'll see how it performs from now on, but we started on the right foot.

I can see why they only have 4.6. There are so many reasons for that. Their app really sucks at the features and service!!!!!! First, they did not connect the store to my primary domain, so all the URLs in automation emails ARE WRONG, and no way to change that unless to create a new account, which means I will lose all the campaign data. Now they blamed updating the primary domain in Shopify without telling them, which we did not do Second, they allow you to AB test the content, subject line, but not the sending time, and the report of the AB test is useless, and nothing helps you. Last, there are so many bugs in their system, most importantly, the support team is very unprofessional, slow reply and will ask us to wait 24- 48 hours for developers to fix it and it will take days to fix one small issue. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!! ------------Jan 4th, 2022 Update The data of campaigns on the downloaded file is NOT the same as the one in the report dashboard. DO NOT TRUST THEM ------------Jan 10th, 2022 Update The support team still has not fixed their BUG, and no one gets back to me in live chat or email!!!! Be responsible for your business since you charge us for your service!!! ------------Jan 17th, 2022 Update The support team said that they will check the URL issue with their developers and get back to me with the ETA but no message or any emails for 3 days. One URL bug, they are fixing it over 3 weeks still not gotten it resolved. I emailed Emily, stated that she is the customer support Tier 1 Team Lead at Omnisend, but no response at all. All they are doing right now is keep ignoring my issue. ------------Jan 20th, 2022 Update Finally, their "Tech team" have the time to fix my URL issue of automation after 4 weeks I reported this. They noticed me it was working now, so I did the tests as they requested again and again. After 4 hours, everything is STILL WRONG. Completely wasted my time. Again, do not TRUST this APP.

Very easy to use.. was impressed by how intuitive the campaign design was. Definitely worth considering this app for email marketing and db management.

Very useful and the integration to Shopify makes if ideal for a quick start. Also integrated with Zapier which makes it easy to work with other service providers too

By far, the single worst company we have dealt with in terms of customer support and overall service in the last 2 years since launching our Shopify site. This box doesn't provide enough space to list the catalogue of bugs, errors, sorry excuses, terrible customer service experiences or indeed the list of individual times (more than 100) in the last few months that we have had to contact support to do basic things such as create segments or send out simple SMS messages. Worst purchase of the year, hands down. We have since had contact from the management of Omnisend and our satisfied the above matters have now been resolved. Thank you.

Great app. Been using this on other webshops as well with great success! Let's you easily build email campaings in a few minutes to reach out to your customer base. Paid plans are accessible and reasonable

I love Omnisend. The support is fast and knowledgeable. The app is superior in my opinion to the others that I have used. I have used HubSpots integration (meh!), ActiveCampaign and Klayvio. While Active and Klayvio are really good I feel that Omnisend is far better than Active and much more intuitive than Klayvio.
