Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Hands down the best email marketing software out there for Shopify. I have used a few other platforms and found Omnisend to have the best combination of price, ease of use and features. Its really a high quality and professional piece of software but its not been overdeveloped - you can tell its all been really thought through from the customers perspective. You can create great emails, run powerful automation and have things like nice pop-ups and sign up windows all with useful analytics without having to spend ages learning about how it all works. The support team are super friendly and helpful too.

EDIT: Omnisend fixed the tax issue with new email builder. Support is great and now everything works well for us. Omnisend's order confirmation customizable fields don't include product tax and this is a major problem with otherwise great app. According to Finnish law (probably in Sweden and Norway too) customer needs to be given following information about their purchase's price: price (without VAT) + VAT = total price. Omnisend can only present price (incl. VAT) and total price, but no VAT. They have offered a 'workaround' to write a message to the order confirmartions "Prices include VAT." This does not change the fact that the amount of tax is still missing. Because of this issue we get weekly phone calls and emails from customers and their accountants complaining about the receipt. Only thing we can do is to send them a manual receipt from Shopify. It is embarrasing and takes a lot of time. We have been able to create some great automations with Omnisend, but this is making us lose our minds and so far Omnisend has not been willing to implement the feature after multiple requests. Shopify provides this price tax information, so it would be easy for them to add.

I love omnisend. Endless support from real agents and the new updates have our emails looking great! Kristina helped me set up my welcome email workflow.

Regarding the price is ok but not ok for the functions. Support tries to help but they can't do anything technical for us and don't give ETA to have this functionalities available. The app itself has potential and i will change my review as soon as they work their problems.

As a new business owner the templates simplify creating emails which is such a time saver, and the overall experience using the app is seamless. Absolutely love Omnisend. First and foremost, their integration with Shopify is seamless, which was the reason we started using them to begin with. Their world class customer service and fast response times are truly impressive; anytime questions arise, an Omnisend team member responds within minutes to lend and hand. The email editor is stellar and always being improved upon. I can't say enough about this company. Phenomenal integration, excellent functionality and incredible customer service are the reasons we use Omnisend for all our email marketing campaigns!

While the app is fantastic, what sets it apart from the rest of what we've tried/used is the customer service. Anytime I need a hand with anything whatsoever, someone to help is just minutes away. I also have an awesome rep, Danielle Heck, who helps us weekly with everything from a business overview, technical troubleshooting, new tips and tricks, features, etc. Hands down, great decision.

We wanted to try something entirely different with a customer segment. I am a novice and couldn't figure out how to get it done. I asked for help from Omnisend staff. Stefani, the guy who helped me, created a simple solution for getting it done AND to help me understand made me a video to show me each step of the way. Because of the video and his directions I didn't just know what to do but understood why I had to do each step making it so much easier. I am now a master of developing out of the norm segments all because of their help! If you can't find your solution use the Omnisend staff - fabulous! Absolutely recommend!
